The straps were not much bigger than a nugget and like the bigger ones not too long ago. They were toddler size strips and not full size
For adults. They were also way over cooked for being the beginning of lunch. We won't be back to anyone of your restaurants in the future. The staff seamed uncaring about the level of customer that they were giving as to the customer that should be required. Just awful

One of the hallmarks of Chick fil a is their incredible customer service. This location missed the mark. I arrived at the open window of the drive thru and was completely ignored, multiple looks, but no greeting. When my food was ready, they thrust out the window and then walked away without a word. It isn’t the end of the world, but this is the third time something similar to this has happened, but only at this location. Disappointing.

This establishment is up and running while small local businesses who put their part to build it have still not been paid. A large company from out of state called Parkway based in Texas hired an inept man to be the project manager of the site. This individual escorted a laborer off the property with a GUN TO HIS BACK because of a verbal disagreement. We have a saved voicemail where he stated he was going to “Blow him off the property”. Due to unsafe working conditions our company was forced to leave the site as it became dangerous to be there. To this day almost 2 years later neither Chick Fil a OR Parkway have taken responsibility and a $94,000 bill has not been paid to our company who did significant work on the property. Don’t eat here. Take your money to a local business instead of one that leeches from local businesses and refuses to be accountable.

I will never eat in this place because a work building this restauran and never never got paid. They still owe me about $94,000. Dollars I did the framing ,drywall, acoustic ceilings, insulation and other work orders parkway the General Contractor refuse to pay me then I contact Chick-fil-a administration agent but did not care about my situation I’m small business owner this situation really hurt me financially I’m still working my way to recover from this lost

Orderd food online but they won't start making it till we get there. It says and I quote" well start your order once you get here" then you can't cancel your order..What's the purpose of ordering curb side online if you still have to wait 20 min for your food

Sad that they no longer play Christian music. Service was great but oh my, stay away from the salad. I got the Market salad and it has just wrecked my stomach. You could smell the preservative or something on it, that should’ve been a clue. The greens and fruit looked fresh. But never expected this.

Sad to leave a low review but I am still frustrated and need to vent. I deliver for Uber. I walked in, gave the employee the customers name, he said that they just received the order, and I said okay, I'll wait. Waited right in the front by the employees who all continuously watched me waiting and waiting, 30 minutes pass and I check with another employee who told me someone else already took the order before I arrived.
Bro littlerally told me they just recieved the order in their system and watched me waste my time. No one checked on me. Of all the time I've delivered for uber in New Mexico i have never had such bad service from a restaurant. Never at all actually, this is the first. Us who deliver get $0 for wasted time and are delivering because we need the money.
Just bad.

Workers are rude as hell...not friendly, no smile nada. Drive thru girl that took my order...rude. Got my order wrong so i went in to correct it, the one correcting it looked at me rolled her eyes and smirked, when talking to the cooks i felt as if she was bugged with me. Then once it was corrected rolled her eyes at me again and had another worker give me my order. I get it, we all have RBF sometimes but this was the worst experience i have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I bit my tongue because i just wanted to get my food and leave. I know this is the South Valley but damn try to do better we already have a reputation...

Almost always a perfect experience but lately the service has been going down. Which is why I'm posting a review on 7/2/24 we did go kinda close to closing, I know shame on us. But we had 40 minutes before closing. We ordered our food we had sauce missing and sauce we didn't order. Not too big of a deal but we ordered for a family of 4 we got one bag the nugget and strips boxes were smashed at the bottom of the bag and broken so upon pulling them out a few went to the dogs

The only reason why I'm not giving this a five-star is because the young lady had an attitude with me because I asked for my food to be fresh and she tried to hand me a bag of already made food twice and I didn't understand that we need to teach these kids that are working what customer service means! But other than that my food was fabulous it was great it was exactly what I wanted thank you for making my food fresh for me like I requested I appreciate you guys I was kind of cheated on my drink because I traded my more expensive drink for less of expensive drink but did not get my 40 cents difference back but it's fine I will return hopefully next time I ask for fresh food I won't get someone that has an attitude
