Service has really gone downhill. It's the same as any other fast food place these days. The food is great if they actually give you what you order, but not enough to justify the high prices.

Ordered at drive through, service was good outside. Food nice and fresh! Paid at the window, young lady was not that nice as other chick fil a's around. My reciept says Ashley. This was April 16 last week. Tall and to much make up on. Not even a my pleasure. Ordered this week, and the service was better at the window this time!!

everytime i come here the soda is always watered down, and when i go through drive-thru they always forget the sauces. disappointing to say the least considering most of the other branches are always on point.

Very bad service. This aint the first time, but this will be the last time. I don't know how hard it is to get the food. Right, especially not to be rude and take responsibility. And yes, I had my receipt, it was only an hour from when I purchased my food, some of it was missing. I had talked to the little Mexican manager. And she told me to go in when I get there. She had an attitude like it's my fault. check your food it seems to happen a lot at this store.

The straps were not much bigger than a nugget and like the bigger ones not too long ago. They were toddler size strips and not full size
For adults. They were also way over cooked for being the beginning of lunch. We won't be back to anyone of your restaurants in the future. The staff seamed uncaring about the level of customer that they were giving as to the customer that should be required. Just awful

One of the hallmarks of Chick fil a is their incredible customer service. This location missed the mark. I arrived at the open window of the drive thru and was completely ignored, multiple looks, but no greeting. When my food was ready, they thrust out the window and then walked away without a word. It isn’t the end of the world, but this is the third time something similar to this has happened, but only at this location. Disappointing.

This establishment is up and running while small local businesses who put their part to build it have still not been paid. A large company from out of state called Parkway based in Texas hired an inept man to be the project manager of the site. This individual escorted a laborer off the property with a GUN TO HIS BACK because of a verbal disagreement. We have a saved voicemail where he stated he was going to “Blow him off the property”. Due to unsafe working conditions our company was forced to leave the site as it became dangerous to be there. To this day almost 2 years later neither Chick Fil a OR Parkway have taken responsibility and a $94,000 bill has not been paid to our company who did significant work on the property. Don’t eat here. Take your money to a local business instead of one that leeches from local businesses and refuses to be accountable.

I will never eat in this place because a work building this restauran and never never got paid. They still owe me about $94,000. Dollars I did the framing ,drywall, acoustic ceilings, insulation and other work orders parkway the General Contractor refuse to pay me then I contact Chick-fil-a administration agent but did not care about my situation I’m small business owner this situation really hurt me financially I’m still working my way to recover from this lost
