I'm not a fan of chicken fil a. I'll only eat the grilled nuggets and kale crunch. The nuggets were fine. But I think I got the bottom of the barrel when it came to the kale crunch, the container was 2/3 full and a lot of dressing on it. The restroom was dirty and a lot of the tables were too. I've never seen such a messy chic fil a.

They have left out sandwiches on 2 occasions. When I got to my destination I discovered I was missing a sandwich from my order.. I was unable to call until after work one time and my 30 minute drive home the next time.. unfortunately, management didn’t seem to care.. still, we go there often because my kids love the place..

The food was really delicious and fresh, and the place was super clean. Everyone was friendly, but Jayden stood out by a mile. He was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in just one of those people who makes you feel welcome right away. He checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The best part was when he gave one of my little kids a free toy/puzzle . It completely made their day, and the way he did it was so thoughtful and sweet. Jayden is honestly one of the nicest workers I’ve ever met. He made the whole visit feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back

I never thought I’d have a bad experience at a chick fil a! We finally get some nice eateries in the south valley and the service is terrible! Every time we order from this location, something is missing from our order, and it’s usually a whole order missing!

Would give 5 stars if they had a play place for children like every other location. We love Chick-fil-A, but definitely don't come to this location as often because of that. Truly sad for the kids when they are expecting it. Other than that, no complaints.

The bread that the people gave me was DISGUSTING, it was moldy and it looked like it came straight out of the trash, please tell someone to at least check on the bread, and how come they don’t check on there food storage to see if it’s gone bad. I always have a good experience at this Chick Fil-A, but today my expectations were exceeded, Jonah was amazing! He was sweet, kind and very attentive! Jonah should have the weekends off and he definitely deserves a raise! He’s a great example of how customer service should be! 100/10 Jonah was great! 😊

I politely informed the staff at the drive-thru that I had received a frosted coffee instead of the iced coffee I ordered. One of the employees quickly relayed the issue, but their reaction felt dismissive. I was given a replacement, but it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had—completely lacking flavor and not even a hint of vanilla pure strong coffee. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional to correct a mistake by handing over a poorly made drink. This level of service is unacceptable.
