They have left out sandwiches on 2 occasions. When I got to my destination I discovered I was missing a sandwich from my order.. I was unable to call until after work one time and my 30 minute drive home the next time.. unfortunately, management didn’t seem to care.. still, we go there often because my kids love the place..
The food was really delicious and fresh, and the place was super clean. Everyone was friendly, but Jayden stood out by a mile. He was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in just one of those people who makes you feel welcome right away. He checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The best part was when he gave one of my little kids a free toy/puzzle . Would give 5 stars if they had a play place for children like every other location. We love Chick-fil-A, but definitely don't come to this location as often because of that. Truly sad for the kids when they are expecting it. Other than that, no complaints.
