Food's great but they consistently mess up orders. Have gone twice and the first time they completely got one of the meals wrong, The girl taking the order kind of snapped at us when we asked to drive forward to look at the menu, so we wondered if the mess up was intentional.. Second time wasn't as bad but, let's just say they're pretty stingy with the sauces (even after specifically asking for a certain amount). I dont know what the issue is at this location but either way, it's annoying.

Waited in line for 15 minutes for the wrong order/missing items and then went inside to correct it as I already paid for my full order, waited 15 more minutes just for them to tell us they weren't even remaking the order at all. Finally, instead of remaking our order, handed us a coupon for a dessert and a chicken sandwich. As if that makes up for $35 worth of food

The guy took my order wrong, I came back. She said they would fix it and nobody got me food for 20 minutes. Another girl walks up and asks if I had gotten my order yet and I said no. She apologized and said she would have it right out. I wait another 20 minutes and nothing. They had refunded it but I assumed they were also making us another correct item since I waited for that long? Idk they just need a retraining they’re sweet but that was so dumb lol.
