What can you say about Chick Fil A that has not been said. Nothing. Easy. Predictable and that’s just what I like. Consistency. The cashiers are always pleasant. Clean. Sweet tea is great. Simple unconfusing menu is great. And always hits the spot for a fast grab meal.
Kid-friendliness: Has a McDonaldesque playground inside for the kids.
Went through the drive thru tonight. Waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged and I was only car in line. Ordered a bowl of Tortilla soup for myself nugget meal for husband. I received chicken noodle Soup instead, it was labeled Chicken tortilla soup. I then called store to be put on hold for a refund for next time and the kid never came back to phone. I finally hung up at 9pm after waiting on hold for 5 minutes. This is ridiculous. Maybe the manager should of stuck around a bunch of kids running things and getting nothing right.

I came to pick up a mobile order earlier tonight. It took 25 minutes to finally get my food from the slow moving line. I usually don’t care about having to wait as it happens sometimes wherever you go. The biggest issue I had was the fact that I ordered a 12 piece nugget meal. After waiting 25 minutes and finally getting my food I found that the “12” nuggets in my box was really 6 nuggets with 6 or tiny measly pieces of fried breading.

Chick-fil-A always comes through fresh, fast and with friendly service. And they have shade which is a big plus.
