Why does this chic-fil-a make up their own regulations and policies? I came here this morning and got told that they won’t start making fries until 10:30 AM. Gibson location makes fries in the morning with no problem. So why does this location make up their own policies as they go? I swear all chic-fil-a’s in ABQ all make up their own policies and I don’t think it’s right.

Had an amazing experience, the service is Impeccable. A team member took a picture of me and my partner in front of a hot air balloon, and they are the giant cow. The vibes were nice and we will definitely frequent this establishment. The children looked as though they were enjoying themselves as well.

I love Chik Fil A, the food is excellent and the customer service is the best in the fast food industry. The first time I have ever had a bad experience because of Delilah, Ronnie, and Vanessa. Delilah was very rude looking at me like I was a piece of garbage and practically throwing my drinks at me. I asked for her manager and she called Ronnie whose behavior was even worse. He escalated the situation horribly. Then Vanessa showed up witnessed Ronnie being rude and told him nothing. She then rolled her eyes at me when Dylan the main lead approached the window. Dylan is an example of true leadership. He immediately apologized for the situation and reassured me that Chik Fil A strives to treat all customers kindly and with respect. It is not cool that a few bad apples ruin a good thing. I hope they learn to take more pride in their jobs and treat others how they want to be treated.

I’m giving one star because I can’t anything less. I waited almost 10 mins for an order that never came, with no explanation or offer of anything else. But the employees sure had a great time standing around laughing with the manager on duty. I left without saying a word, even though it was richly deserved. Some of us need to get a job that doesn’t require disappointing customers.
