By far the worst CFA we’ve ever been to. And we travel the country. With 5 cars in front of us, we waited 35 minutes only to receive drinks with no ice, a cold biscuit, no cheese, dry chicken and were missing one of our meals. So I got on the road for an 8 hour drive with no breakfast. Absolutely unacceptable especially for CFA. Do not stop here.

Went through the drive thru and paid almost $7 for a bowl of soup that had two noodles no chicken and few carrots and all broth. Went inside and told them so what did they do? They gave me a second bowl with the same amount of stuff🤦🏽♀️ at this point I just left

Very nice workers but they got my order wrong, several times. Maybe I was communicating clearly, but I would definitely return because the staff is great.

DONT EVER ORDER PICKUP HERE! unless you plan on waiting longer than 30 mins when initially you order ahead to grad your food and go. I got there before any other cars were parked in the mobile order zone except one that was empty, but as soon as other cars started to come they had to park in the handicap parkings making them inaccessible to people who need them, and they were immediately given there food and i was left to be the only car, to finally have the lady come out with my food, oblivious of which car it goes to, having no urgency or nothing so i rolled my window and yelled its mine. I’m the only one parked there waiting for my food, who else would it be. You also sit there and describe your car before checking out so i didn’t see the issue, i was visibly upset and sped off. What happened to chickfilas costumer service. NEVER AGAIN!

They couldn’t get an order right even with help from others to put the order in. The girl wasn’t new she told me she just doesn’t usually work in the morning. Gave me a wrong order over charged me and then when I asked how long it would take to replace it Melissa said “I DONT know I will have to check on the chicken” I asked if she would let me know how long and if it’s too long I will get a refund. She said okay a full refund let’s just do that. Wasted my time wasted my chance for a breakfast run for the day before work. Just really crappy not even a sorry.
When ordering I saw how dirty it was inside and wanted to cancel my order. Hasn’t had food all day so decided to just eat it. Cobb salad didn’t have egg on it as advertised. Super sucky to pay 27 for food and then not get it fresh or how it’s described . Then feel sick later. Should have gone to Canes next door. Employees were not even the usual friendly people you usually get from a chick fil a.
