Went here earlier today and an employee was so rude to me. I just donāt understand it, I donāt understand why people act this way. I feel like itās getting more and more common too. I ask a question because I was confused about something and you call me names? You call me a slur? In what world is that acceptable? Honestly like why would someone act like that? I donāt understand why people canāt just be nice? Maybe if Iād been thin, or white, or pretty heād have been nicer to me but idk. When people come up to me at work Iām anyways nice regardless of what they look like. I certainly never call anyone names. It just makes me sad I feel like there is no where safe anymore.

Jared, the cashier, was impolite. When I requested a fruit cup, he asked for my name. I proceeded to spell it out for him. He then curtly remarked that he already knew how to spell it. My intention was simply to confirm that the order was indeed mine and not someone else's.

This location is seriously the worst.... I waited like 10-15 minutes in the drive thru then they put american cheese when pepper jack is the standard for the spicy deluxe.. never had that happen.. really annoying. This location is 0 stars. I knew I should have gone to the other location. My bun is ice cold.. My fries are stale. It's unreal how poor this place is. I will never return to this location ever again.

Called the ABQ store on Wyoming. Reached a voice recording. Only option was to press one for redemption of discount card. I only wanted to know the time breakfast ended. Press 1 anyway. They could not help. Said recall the number, then wait 20 MINUTS ā¼ļø to get a real person. Why āTried a different location on Montgomery, reached a real person that told me breakfast ends at 10:30P. Now why couldnāt the other do that ā

Ordered nuggets didnāt receive nuggets at all, no pickle on two sandwiches extra on one. Not that hard unfortunately it was not my pleasure spending my money here. They did no pickles on everything and literally left the nuggets out. Drinks were all ice.
Worst Chick-fil-A drive-thru Iāve ever been to. Incompetent staff somehow managed to mess up an order of two chicken sandwiches. You can tell the managerās the main issue. Bro goes, āI watched her make it.ā Like dude, I have no clue who you are, and your input adds nothing to the problem š. Next time, try apologizing to your customer instead of gaslighting them by insisting you made the order right.

I am a regular customer of chic fil a anywhere. I admire this Chic fil a because of their food and excellent service. But today, i encountered the worst service ever in this place. First , i ordered Grilled chicken meal. (You can check this if you have cctv at the counter) . The staff served Chic fil a chicken. Then I informed her that I got the wrong order. She just ignored me. Disgusting! I will continue to go to other chic fil a location but not this place. I only have one time tolerance for such kind of behaviour. Other Chic fil a places had very good customer service . This place is way far from that standard. Also, I lost my appetite and couldnāt continue eating. I just leave my order with that staff that served that food to show my disgust.
