Chick-fil-A is a rock solid hit every time I go, and every where in the US. Perfect food, perfect taste, perfect service, perfect lemonade and last but not least, and this might sound funny or insignificant, but best napkins.
Very horrible customer service. All the young ladies working the front lines were being very rude to a gentleman working the drive thru orders alone. Was given the wrong order through the drive thru line, and went in to get it corrected, and was given horrible service by one individual while the rest of the workers stood around and let the gentleman get in trouble. Worker raised her voice for no reason and then would not let me explain that I had the wrong order. Did not get her name because she was wearing a jacket while working.
Had the grilled chicken sandwich which I rated good but not great, servers were attentive but lobby was dirty across several tables and floors. Not the usual high expectations delivery for Chick-fil-A is renowned for. Visited today March 2023 same poor experience.
Always on point. Friendly staff in store and drive thru. Always get my orders on door dash right as well. Always fresh and never skimps on the sauce.

Lives up to Chic Fil A expectations for sure. Probably my favorite one in all of ABQ! They were super friendly and fast. They gave us a couple cards for free items due to a small inconvenience.
I ordered through doordash and got the wrong sandwich. That was good but it was not what I ordered. I recommend checking your order before your delivery person

Chick fil-a is always fast great service awesome food . There was a customer who had bought a person who I seen outside with his belongings about 5 min prior to walking into chick fil a and that took made the experience better because that was when I realized that they didn't have a bunch.of loiterers and the guy that was blessed with food was very considerate of this place cleaned up left when he was done so it was another great experience from chick fil aParking: I don't have care but by the looks of it there is a good deal of space and available parkingKid-friendliness: As always play room family oriented place of businessWheelchair accessibility: I believe all they could use is the push button for wheel chair accessibility
