Nice clean friendly Chic-fil-A. It was obvious the on duty manager was keeping things on track walking inside and outside to help where needed. I've always enjoyed this location and tonight was no exception.

"Maria Aroyo" helped me out today at lunch with amazing customer service! However I wanted to edit this review because I came back for dinner @ 8:00pm and witnessed a believer of color being harassed by two sups "Jose" and some other sup with multiple racial comments I don't dare repeat! They were having an inappropriate convo while I dinned-in and exchanged in completely inappropriate language! This 16 year-old worker of color was amazing at his job. He shook my hand at the register. Welcomed me in. Got my order corect. Wiped down the tables. And asked everyone how their meal was. These two sups need to be prosecuted in a court of law and fired immediately! Pull the cameras, please, and try to homehow tune-into the audio part of the completely illegal conversation that went on! I'm calling Corporate today and making a detailed report first thing! The worker was crying out for help! He's a child, my daughter's age! This behavior needs to be sease immediately! Also, telling him to hide is cross in his shirt? This is a Mormon faith-based organization! I protest!
First time going through Chick Fil A. Paid $9 for a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and bacon. The sandwich was barely warm and the bun fell into a 100 pieces. Ate it because I was hungry. Not impressed. Sandwich was barely warm. Will not go back.

Over multiple visits to the Eubank store in the last month, I have had incorrect orders more often than not. Today, I received my drinks and someone else's food. The employees seem to be more interested in moving people through the line than getting orders correct. This is absolutely unacceptable and not what I have come to expect from Chic-fil-A.

Food good, as usual. But service was awful. The guy who took our order tonight was so rude and talked to us in an unfriendly and condescending way the whole time. Then we pull up to the window and were met with more sarcasm about our order by the guy at the window? I don’t want to blame it on having what looked like all kids working but clearly was a factor. Not typical for this location at all but have to say it effected my overall view of this store.
