The employees and manager did not even treat me like I was human I was trying to get some service and received no help for 10 minutes. And no they were not just busy. Worst chick fil a ive ever been to. They are not demonstrating the love of god like Cathy would have wanted.

We come to this location periodically and the food and service is always good. The parking lot and the wrap around line for the drive thru is pretty tight.

The food here is usually great, and the atmosphere used to feel warm and friendly. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. In the drive-thru, one staff member—a blonde girl, with hair tied—told me to move my car to the back of the line. I’ll admit I may have pulled in at the wrong angle, but instead of helping me adjust, she simply stood in the way, forcing me to reverse quite a bit just to reposition my vehicle. It was disheartening to see that shift from the friendly service I was used to. I hope the staff can work on maintaining a more respectful attitude, because this experience was not a good one.

Ordered my meal at 1:45pm and I came immediately to the curbside and waited more than 45 minutes for my order no 1 every cane out I finally had to walk in no 1 knew I was waiting Even though I checked in online on the app for my COLD ORDER around 2:45pm No 1 offered a meal that was warm, they even had trouble finding my online order that was entered a few hours in advance.

Funny! I’m at a north west side of town grabbing a quick grub, in my neighborhood they have a lock and a code to use the restroom…at this location it’s freely open come as you please.
I ordered 12 chicken nuggets and it took them 30 minutes to prepare my order.

Ordered by drive thru. The young man was very nice. Line was fast... food was terrible. Kale salad had no flavor and almost no dressing. The grilled chicken sandwich tasted like cardboard with wilted veggies and the two grilled nugget sides I ordered at nearly six dollars each were underwhelming and very salty. I appreciate how efficent they are, but the lack of good quality and good taste tells me I will not be back.
