Absolute garbage customer service. A waste of time. My time. Order was wrong. They struggled to correct it. Asked for a refund. I'm done with Chick Fil A and this horrific experience will be the last. This isn't about a wrong order. I understand things happen. The rude aggressive manner in response to fixing the order is beyond exhausting.

I've been going here for a while but lately something has changed. My last two visits I was given a half empty container of fries that are just barely cooked enough. Same with the chicken. It used to be crisp, now I find myself tearing them open to make sure it's fully cooked. Quite disappointing.

Last couple of times I visited this location they messed up my order. Few weeks ago they forgot some of my items and today they gave me the wrong food. They do get their drive thru line done quick but at what cost my food has been wrong. They need to slow down their pace because I would rather wait a few more min than get home and my order is wrong. I am not one of those people that sit there and check the bag because I trust people enough to read a screen an place items in a bag. They also try to cram every single thing you order into one bag. Makes looking in the bag that much harder than bagging combos individually like they used to. They just going too fast and im sure many others are getting bags by mistake like I have.

This place, despite not looking the most appealing, was still acceptable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was far superior to any typical fast-food establishment. We ordered takeout, and it arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. 🤩
