If you are going to us DOOR DASH and tell me I'm too far but putting an address for my order to be delivered farther was able to take it all the way to Bernalillo but can't deliver literally 10 minutes away. LAAAZZYYYY

The food is always good but check your order before you drive off.They need to stop making their employees work out in wind, rain, and snow. This is despicable. I would rather wait in a drive thru than see these young people working in the elements when they don't need to be.

UPDATE-- I spoke with management after this post and they made it right. overall, its an understandable mistake to make, it was just inconvenient and a little bit frustrating to have conflicting information from employeeslast week I went through the drive through craving a fruit and yogurt parfait, and unfortunately they didnt have any. Before I made the trip today, I called ahead to make sure they had them back. I was informed over the phone that they were back. Ordered in the drive through, was informed they didnt have them--I informed the drive through attendant that I had called ahead and was told they were in, and perhaps to make sure, but she was sure---no parfaits. so i drove off, and called the number I called to check so I could drive there for my parfait, but sure enough it was the same store. so I drove back, got my parfait and my coffee, and sadly the coffee was like black syrup--had to toss it. that was the last straw in posting a bad review. gonna take a break from this chic fil a for a while.

I always thought those Chick-fil-A commercials about the heroes of the day being fake but it's absolutely not! I am a delivery driver I want to go and pick up a customer's food last night and for some reason it had read that their order was already picked up play another driver twice I contacted the customer and found out that she never received her food I spoke with one of the employees and he said that the food would have to be paid for in order for them to make it again I asked to speak to the manager personally the manager then came out and spoke with me I let him know the situation and how much it meant to me for this customer to give her food and for me to get paid for my services! The manager then told me to come on in even though they were closed on the inside and that he would go ahead and remake the food for my customer! And as I was waiting for the food to get ready he then went above and beyond and asked me if I was hungry and if I wanted something to eat I didn't even expect that! It touched my heart for this young man to go as far as he did for me I don't meet people like that all the time so for me it was very heartfelt that this young man went out of his way to make sure my customer was fed and that I was fed and then I got paid for my services as a delivery driver it's not easy! This young man whose name is Eric is a definite blessing and I appreciate you baby thank you so much! Chick-fil-A definitely has Angels there and I met one last night named Eric, God bless all of you!
