Me and the wife just tried this place, and it was very delicious... the customer service was great and Lori was amazing.. also got to meet the owners and they were so friendly and very professional.. the melt and chicken pablano soup was freakin amazing! Highly recommend..

We ordered the Olivas Old South chicken salad online on 10/28/25. The site offered customization, and we asked for no pickles since I hate sweet pickles. We thought the chicken salad was made fresh and customizing it would ensure we did NOT receive pickles. Our order contained sweet pickles. We also asked them to avoid gluten since my spouse has celiac disease. Since they messed up our order and gave us pickles, we could not trust that they read our instructions to avoid gluten. Neither of us ate the chicken salad for these reasons. I tried to be nice and called the store to make a complaint in lieu of a google review. I asked for a supervisor, and one was not provided, the employee said she was in the bathroom. The employee insisted I state my complaint to her, which I did. She stated that the customization ONLY was referencing if a customer wanted to add lettuce or tomato, and NOT to customizing the chicken salad. The employee cut me off as I tried to explain. The store could have emailed me that the chicken salad could not be customized since they had my email address and they did not. The excuses the employee gave me were just that, excuses. IF the chicken salad is made fresh why was my request for no pickles not honored? In any case, once the employee became argumentive, cut me off when I was talking and was making excuses, I explained I had called to nicely make my complaint. Since they were no receptive to my input or complaint, I informed them I would give them a bad google review. I wished them a good day and hung up. Shortly thereafter, the store called me and when I answered, they hung up on me. This was my first experience with Chicken Salad Chick and due to the poor service and the attitude I received from the employee, I will not be returning. I advise others to check their order before leaving.

I was door dashing and I had seen this place several times and wasn’t sure what they served Or how great the food was. I decided to come back and grab myself a classic chicken sandwich with some chips, but I must say it was very good service and tasted really good! Highly recommend and I’m sure they have many other wonderful menu items as well! Comes with a pickle, small cookie and a side of your choice!

The lemon chicken salad was good. I was full but I wa not very hungry at the time. It would be under portioned for bigger eaters.

The food was OK half of my sandwich had only bacon on it and not enough of the chicken salad we had to wipe down our own table order the red velvet cake tasted funny wondering because it was not refrigerator. He just picked it up off the counter.

We had take out there for the 1st time last night. We heard good things but that was not what we got.

Our order was taken quickly and politely. The store was very clean.

We ordered a BLT with lemon basil. And they forgot the bacon.

We ordered broccoli cheese soup and there was not a single piece of broccoli in the bowl… just flecks of green in our cheese soup.

The chicken itself wasn’t bad at all. But so far they got 100% of our orders correct. I didn’t return for a refund because who wants to drive another 20 min after getting your food.

We are hopeful for this place so we may try again, but not giving them my money for free anytime soon.

A bit disappointed as the pimento cheese blt is my favorite thing, but I ordered through doordash and noticed on all pieces of the bread there were these tiny white hairs. Normally I wouldn’t care but the bread was covered.

The picture I added was taken after trying to remove as much as I could to hopefully be able to eat it, but I gave up and decided it wasn’t worth it. I’m not sure what these hairs could be from, but I’ll just say it did not look appetizing.

We live in Ventana Ranch and come here every few weeks, the food and service has always been great
