The wait is so long to get your food even if it is to go. It looked like enough staff 4 or 5 wait staff at least.
Although the waitress helping us ( Samantha) was incredibly rude snapped at our party a few times. Will not be going back specifically because of her.

The original Chile Ristra provided efficient service and reasonable prices, but at the new location, customers now face frustrating waits of at least 20 minutes—not due to crowds, but because of a shortage of waitstaff. To make matters worse, food prices have significantly increased. It’s unrealistic to think that simply relocating a sign while failing to maintain service and affordability will keep customers returning.
Additionally, the other dining options on the casino floor are disappointingly limited, offering only a $20 hamburger or frozen chicken nuggets with bland sauce.
Hopefully, these issues will be addressed sometime in the near future so customers can enjoy a satisfying meal.

They take over an hour for our food everytime, AND WERE WORKERS AT THE CASINO!! The workers never acknowledge us, we’re so tired of it something needs to happen already
We ate at Chile Ristra, the people who seat you have very smug looks on their faces, seems like you're putting them out. Or they hate their job. We had one good waitress in the evening, but the next day we had a gentleman, he was kinda unfriendly and rushed, at first, we were talking about it and he got friendlier, but never said thank you. So it's a hit and miss. Food is actually pretty good. But the hotel staff was awesome!! I've separated my reviews so not to give a bad one to the hotel. Not much option on restaurants. Based on the reviews maybe they should do a staff overhaul.

Although the food was good, the wait staff was horrible. The hostess (Noe) was dismissive, when I asked to be seated in a certain section; she acted like it was rocket science to find a solution. They ultimately sit us by the server station, while eating I could hear spoons clashing on plates and plates banging on the trash can, the exact reason I was trying to avoid being seated in this area. Furthermore, our server got our order wrong not once but twice and as a result I was finished eating by the time my partner received his plate to eat.
I love to stay at the hotel because of the perceived level of service. When I eat at the steakhouse the service is incredible. I spend a lot of money at the hotel and expect the level of service to match the price rate, especially when there's only one restaurant open in the hotel certain days of the week.
Noe (hostess) and servers are in dire need of customer service so they are actually trying to tend to and satisfy customers instead of standing around and looking at their phones near the pastry case.

I was sitting waiting for someone to call me for a seat to eat and they were passing everybody else and they even scratched our name out I had to ask what was going on 😞

I tried to sit down and enjoy some food and drink at 10:30 pm ,they informed me there is around 20 min waiting to get table cause of short staff,restaurant was empty,there is literally 3 servers on the counter doing nothing,mostly taking food orders to go,who manage this place,what kind of service this actually is!!!
Nobody in the restaurant and we still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated because of lack of staff. Food wasn't anything special. They were better off when they were just a snack bar as part of the food court. Last time they get my business.
I like the old setup where you order get your pager eat and leave.
Now you have to wait for a table, wait to place an order and prices went up
But I like old setup better

Took forever to be seated then another long wait to get drinks and order. Why do they not train wait staff to acknowledge a customer? A simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way ways. We sat there while several wait staff walked by. We were just about to leave and go to Panda Express when they finally came to our table - BUT that was after I asked if we could place our order. The food was subpar at best. Used to be decent but not so much now.
Mediocre food and service. Took a long time to get our food.
Service very slow, price really increased, bad management decision to move ristra, people don’t want to sit in a restaurant setting and be waited on, fire whoever made change
It was okay but I'm used to different types of nachos and chili cheese fries. It was just convenient to eat here.
Don't see how this only has a 2.9 total rating, burgers are actually really good along with the fries. Should get a higher rating in my opinion!
