“My family came in and gotten seated immediately. The drinks came out exceptionally quick and same for the foods. One waitress was particularly interesting... However this kind older gentleman in a green shirt was extraordinarily curtious in his service I would eat here again for the food, and the kind man's service.“
“I really surprised with the excellent service we got. Not only was our waiter Corbin fast but knowledgeable and so nice. He was all smiles to everyone and genuine. The food arrived piping hot and fast, made to order and with the extras we requested. Best chili's in Albuquerqe!“
“Food was amazing. Service was slow we got seated immediately wich was nice. That also tells me it's not too busy. Took them about 15 minutes to get us our drinks (coke products). The chips that were brought out were all crumbly hence the 4 stars (picture attached). The rest of the food was delicious and looked good too. Utensils were not at the table when we sat down nor were they brought out when our food was brought.“
“This is our favorite Chili's location! The bartenders and staff are friendly. The managers are attentive and we are always made to feel welcome. The food is appetizing in both taste and appearance and the restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean. We will continue to come back to this location for these reasons.“
“Atmosphere rating is lower, because this restaurant's location is not in the greatest part of town. But the food is reliably good and even exceeds expectation for the chain type restaurants. Been there several times for lunch, and the food quality was always meeting or exceeding my expectations.“
“Not usually a fan of chain restaurants but this Chili's location has definitely got it together. The food was great and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Very friendly staff, management checked in with us. A waitress even held open the door for us. Great experience.“
“For a chain, they are fine. Many New Mexicans prefer local cuisine. They want you to use the tablet computer instead of an individual paper check. Their procedure for this is a bit cumbersome. If you want a safe homogeneous experience, you will not be disappointed. Food is a bit bland“
