Stopped in tonight for some delicious nachos...or, so I thought.
What's served here as nachos wouldn't fly in any other restaurant. They gave me a plate with like 10 chips on it. They had been boiled so long they were burned. Each chip had its own cheese "piece". Under the cheese was some horrid bean-type dip on which was srinkled some powdered chile and about a cup of salt. Ghastly. I paid $2 extra for some guacamole. There was about a teaspoon of guac on the plate.
Overall I paid nearly $14 for a few chips, some cheese product and a spoonful of guacamole.
I felt ripped off. I told brie our server (super nice BTW) how dangerous cupfuls of added salt are for someone in their 60's. She understood, I think. She may not be aware of just how deadly added salt can be for someone with high blood pressure. It can mean a trip to the hospital.
Thank you chili's for taking my money for nothing and putting my health at risk. Stay away from this place.

Had problems with bad service at the Chili's in Albuquerque and stopped going. Love the Chili's in Los Lunas .Great did and great staff. Have done a review in this place. Since I live in Albuquerque, decided to give the Gibson location another try. Needless to say it was a disappointment. The waitress was not friendly at all and was almost argumentive with the person that I was with. She just didn't understand what he wanted, eventhough he made himself clear. My chicken fajitas were mediocre. The black beans were cold and had to send it back. The chicken breast tasted processed. There was only one waitress in the area that we were sitting in. She wasn't attentive because she had other tables to take care of. The waitress never came back. I just did the self checkout and was having a problem using my gift cards. My friend got up from the table and told the waitress about the problem. She told the manager because she was busy with her other table. The manager helped me check out. I mentioned the problem with the did and service and that they were short staff. We got at the restaurant at 11:30am. When we left,,,it was lunch hour time. The manager said that it hasn't been that busy and if business picks up, they will add more staff. I mentioned about the chicken fajitas seemed processed.He just said that they were heavily marinated. I mentioned that I love going to the Los Lunas Chili's because they well exceed your expectations. There is no comparison to the Chili's here in Albuquerque. The manager is Los Lunas is doing something right and maybe Albuquerque can learn something from them . That being said,,,,I do not think that I will be supporting the Chili's here in Albuquerque but will certainly make an effort to stop at the Los Lunas Chili's when ever I am out that way. They make you feel like you are the only customer and go over and above to make sure that you are completely satisfied

Jacob our waiter was the worst. He set our drinks down to sort ourselves. Our drink went dry no checking on to see if our food was OK or if we needed anything including refills. I got up and got our napkins. When confronted he said we should have raised our hands!? I will choose another Chili location to patronize before I go back to this location. This guy does not care about the job he is doing or the fact that people are there trying to enjoy their meal because our 86.00 meal was ruined with shoddy service. The bathroom lacked tissue so my child got held up in the bathroom as well.

While we've been to many Chili's and have had good experiences, this visit was definitely lacking. After waiting a long time, our server said the food was coming up soon. After about 15 more minutes, the manager stopped by to ask how everything was. When we told him we'd been waiting a long time for our food, he apologized and disappeared to the kitchen, not to be seen again for 15 minutes when he brought out our food. Total time waiting, 60 minutes. If that wasn't bad enough, they clearly rushed the preparation of my burger (not sure what the rush was after 15 minutes) as it was so undercooked, I wasn't able to eat but very little. The manager apologized and said he would comp 25% of our meals. A nice gesture, but that amounts to 1/2 off one of our meals. I didn't even get to eat my full meal, so 1/2 off was a slap in the face. Truly a very poor experience turned worse by a manage who didn't fix the situation. The 2 star rating on Service was because our server tried to help ease the situation, but the manager was calling the shots by that point.

2nd time ordering the smash burger and again it was perfection. Loved the asparagus on the side, but my husband picked it up and the drink was not included. I had ordered the 3 for special.

I had a pretty good first dining experience at Chili's. I got the brisket quesadilla and it was very delicious. My server was nice and did a good job of being attentive. My one real complaint was just that they don't mention that you pay your bill on a little digital monitor on your table. I definitely sat around for a solid 5 minutes after my server took my plate away to get handed my bill lol.
Parking: It's a little difficult to find the parking lot entrance. You have to take a small side street and cross through another parking lot, but there was a fair amount of parking available.

they are out of the alcohol to make the dri k of the month and won't make it with better alcohol. I even offered to pay more. the waitress is awesome the bar tender I guess just refuses to make a drink.
