I called earlier at around 5 pm asking specifically about the Wicked drinks, and the host flat-out lied to me. I was told the drinks were available, and I was also told the wands that come with them were in stock. Based on that information, I drove to this location instead of another. When I arrived, I found out none of what I was told was true. They had only one drink, only one wand, and the wand didn’t even go with the drink that was available. My time and money were completely wasted because I was given blatantly false information. It should never be acceptable to lie to customers. And to make matters worse, 2 items of the food I ordered were COLD! Do not come to this deceiving location unless you want cold food and bad service!

Let me preface with, we didn’t even stay and wait for food.
My family and I showed up to this restaurant at around 2pm on Monday October 27th. We walked in to a very slow restaurant, MANY open empty tables. The hostess, a young dark haired girl who had a really bad attitude, she asked if we’d like a booth or a table and we asked for a booth. It’s 3 adult women and 2 young children. She attempted to put us in a half booth in the bar area, when we asked for a different table she looked at us like we were insane.
She said, with an attitude “well, I have a regular booth over here but it needs to be cleaned. Do you want to wait for it to be cleaned?” Girl, obviously, if thats the only thing available to fit us. Clean it. With how dead that restaurant was, why wasn’t it cleaned before new customers came in? Why did she treat us like we’re stupid because we didn’t want a table that fit. I’ll be calling the manager today because if that girl doesn’t want to clean tables, she should find somewhere else to work.
We left because I don’t have the patience for rude customer service workers when I’m simply trying to take my grandma out for a birthday lunch.

Really great experience. Usually I dont like chili's, but the food was surprisingly good. Had great fried chicken and a smasher burger. Not too loud or crowded. Lucero was amazing. She was very helpful, attentive, and bilingual.

Wife got the mushroom Swiss burger and I got the ribs with jalapeño sausage and we were both taking turns with each others plates. Got the kiddo the chicken strip plate and he was happy. Our server was very helpful with our party of 8.

Someone keeps calling me from this number and then hanging up on me. It is extremely weird and extremely unprofessional. I don’t understand why a Chili’s would be doing this to me. Very Strange. This needs to be reported to the higher-ups….. seriously. I will literally go to length to figure out who is spamming me.

My experience at Chilies was not great. Our server was fantastic, attentive, and available. When you go ask for Erika. The food was subpar at best. The nachos were made incorrectly, the broccoli was like plastic, and the steak tasted like a frozen dinner. Management was awsome they comped my steak and nachos.

This is our favorite Chili's location! The bartenders and staff are friendly. The managers are attentive and we are always made to feel welcome. The food is appetizing in both taste and appearance and the restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean. We will continue to come back to this location for these reasons.

Chili’s has the best BBQ ribs — hands down! The ribs were perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and falling right off the bone. The smoky flavor combined with their signature BBQ sauce was absolutely mouthwatering. Every bite was pure perfection!
The sides were delicious, and the service was excellent — our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The only thing I wish is that Chili’s would bring the corn back to the menu because it used to pair perfectly with the ribs.
If you’re craving amazing BBQ ribs in a fun, relaxed atmosphere with great service, Chili’s is definitely the place to go. I’ll be back for another rack soon!
