I ASKED FOR A MEDIUM RARE STEAK THEY GAVE ME A TOUGH DAMN NEAR BURNED STEAK! I ASKED FOR MAC AND CHEESE THEY PUT CHICKEN FINGERS IN MY PASTA!? THEY DONT EVEN PUT FORKS AND NAPKINS IN MY ORDER WAS OVER $50 THE MANAGER WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE PROMPTING ME TO TALK TO A LOW LEVEL

We go to chilis a lot. It was plenty of tables available. But it's Me and my son. Sitting us in the bar area is just not appropriate for a 11 year old. To them it was ok to sit us there but as a mother I have to be the adult and choose elsewhere to spend our money

The food was decent. It came out hot and quickly. They accommodated our family with ease!

I feel bad not remembering our servers name because he made the whole experience. Chili's had a sign posted that food would take time due to lack of workers so we weren't expecting much. Patient, attentive, understanding. I really would have liked to remember his name.. he deserves a raise. It was Saturday night 10:15 in a booth and I was with my wife and 2 daughters. Excellent customer service! I want to say it started with a J.... I apologize

Had a great dining experience overall. Service was good, food was good, however—an incident took place that made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Some sort of argument must’ve taken place “behind the scenes”, because the host ran out & slammed the back room door pretty hard behind him. Our server tried following him in, but the door was locked. Instead of going to get a manager, she banged on the window of the door EXTREMELY hard, repeatedly, until he finally opened it. It looked like she hurt herself doing so. Once he opened it & she was in, you could see her in the reflection of the window screaming at him with her finger in his face. He came out once, visibly shaking & crying. I just feel like this situation could’ve been deescalated & handled differently.

One of my favorite chilis to go to. The host Cassie was very friendly while seating me. My server Darien was attentive and made me feel very welcomed. Will definitely come back again!

Not happy. Staff shortage is understandable. Making people stand around for half an hour because you took out the benches during the Reno to expand the bar isn't

Filthy menus im scared to touch is outrageous. And easy to fix.

Waiting over 40 mins to get our food because you made the burger and quesadilla and put on the hot tray to overcook and dry out (assuming they started out fine which I'm not sure they did) before realizing we didn't have any of the appetizer is crazy.

Server was amazing and was really working hard to give great service but back of house was a nightmare.

I was up all night with stomach issues that continued all day.

The burger was ok but I shouldn't be tasting it 17 hours later.

but I should have known better when my burger came out soggy and burnt and with nothing but the outline of where the cheese was before it sat out on a hot table waiting on apps.

Not the level of service I expect from chilies, but honestly what we have to expect now. It's been three years since I've had a good meal there. I used to eat chilies two times a week

Figure it out. I get staffing issues, but is it really a case of "we can't find anyone to work" or just a case of "we are not willing to pay more than the legal minimum so we can't find skilled staff?"

Again, server was amazing! hostess needs to clean off menus once in a while and back of house needs some remedial training.

Don't see myself going back any time soon.

Great environment. The General Manager Loriana came by our table to check on us and was going table to table making sure customers were satisfied. Will be back!
