It was a good atmosphere during March madness. Lots of TVs at the bar and the servers were well versed about the menu and courteous with all the patrons.

The hostesses was awful. We waited with our being greeted or seated for over 15 min. Asked her for a high chair for my child and she never brought it. I had to find and get one my self. It took the waiter another 15 min to take our order for our drinks. Food was good.

Best Chili's I've ever been to, has a great atmosphere and nice wait staff. Great management and the chefs prepared us a wonderful meal. Would recommend 10/10 prefect for a cute family time or date night. Such a fun place. Even have cartoons on one of the tvs, we love the establishment and will visit againKid-friendliness: Cute menu that shows the kids the pictures of each item so picking meals are easy.Has some games to play on the kids menu too so can keep them busy while waiting for food. 2nd time having the crisper combo. Pretty good and reasonably priced. White cheddar macaroni wasn’t great this time. Thin watery sauce, but the first time I had it, was great. Eat out a lot with my job, and get lots of BBQ. Personally don’t like their BBQ sauce here, but their sweet chili zing and secret sauce is great.Recent pics of menus

The Hostess is a Good worker, she sat us at a booth. A Young gentleman was our server. He greeted us and took our drink orders. When he came back for our food order (no drinks still), I began to recite my order, he then held his hand up in my face to silence me, turned to my partner and asked him for his Order. I was taken back by this ride gesture and asked him (interrupted, since I felt mannerisms have shifted), "Excuse me, I have a question, is there a reason why you stopped me in the middle of my order, to take his?". He then said to me "To put the appetizer in." Then finishes my partners order. I then recite my order without interruptions or addressing the Vulgar behavior of the server, now glare at me. And ask for my drinks again, which arrives as I'm speaking by a young lady. I thank her and we wait I drink my coffee and wait, I see him ask him to his face if I can have some more coffee as he cleans off the table next to me. He acts as though he doesn't hear me, I get up and walk to the Hostess. I have detached from the situation emotionally to explain in thorough detail, the events that took place. She apologized, even though it wasn't her fault and I assure her her service was impeccable and we will be back. We left to Applebee's, because I still wanted a Burger but I didn't order Dehumanizing and Disrespect as Side dishes. We are no longer customers, and promote the hostess, she deescalated a situation with grace and the authority of a compassionate leader.
