My friend and I went to chili's when we ordered i told the waiter I didn't want salt on my fries he said that couldn't do that because there kitchen was backed up he asked if wanted anything else not really because nothing else goes with a burger then told him that wanted chips he argued with me about that because of this I couldnt tell him how wanted my burger he had to have them remake it when got it the burger still wasn't right but all that I just ate it because by this time was frustrated with this waiter I go this chili's often and was the worst customer service.

Not only was the host weird for asking us if we wanted to sit at the bar (we said thats fine) sits us somewhere else, but the waiter was the worst waiter I've ever had the displeasure of being a customer of. Some other customers were trying to leave the restaurant, and he chased them out having them come back in. They looked uncomfortable but came back in anyways probably just trying to be nice. But then we ordered we only wanted mozz sticks and he judged us for our order, and then when the food came out he came over again and asked if thats seriously all we wanted, we said yes and he scoffed at us. You are the waiter, so you cannot judge us for what we're paying for! The atmosphere was horrible, the tvs we're too loud, i couldn't even comfortably talk to my partner either. We will never be back. Honestly the only good thing about this place was the food. But you cant make a restaurant with just food.

Atmosphere rating is lower, because this restaurant's location is not in the greatest part of town. But the food is reliably good and even exceeds expectation for the chain type restaurants. Been there several times for lunch, and the food quality was always meeting or exceeding my expectations.
