Food took too long to come out. The server was nice she said she would give us a 10% discount ( it didn't happen) even after remindingher. When food was brought out, everything was cold and dry like it was sitting out except for one of the plates. That one was fresh. We had to ask for napkins and didn't get them until we were done with our meal. Mind you, we had 3 kids, and we needed napkins!

Valentine’s day ruined!!! The male server with the long hair had a very pungent odor and a foul attitude. we overheard him making both racist and derogative statements about his coworkers with the host, when we asked to speak with his manager he very rudely gestured us off and returned several minutes later claiming as though we never asked as if to insult our intelligence. The bartender and her assistant were amazing at trying to solve our dilemma. Thank god for them or I would never return to this location.

Ordered steak and shrimp waited almost an hour for our food to come out and it wasn't even busy last night. And by the time of food came out it was cold as well as the steak was asked to be medium rare was fully cooked my steak was horrible felt like I was chewing on a tire that's how hard the meat was.

Ordered 3 Ribeyes for delivery. All 3 steaks were terrible. No seasoning, no sear, and tasteless. It's like they were cooked on very low heat instead of a hot grill. What a waste of money. Never again.

I was there last night with a few friends and we were having a really good time but when the food was dropped off by one of the servers Jazmin she was quite rude to us and just threw the food on the table and didn't even ask if we needed refills or anything and her attitude was not the best I really enjoy coming to this chilli's but this last time did not live up to my other times there

Wanted fajitas, wanted to treat myself for Christmas, had not been to a Chili's, in a very long time. Service was mediocre, but the food was downright nasty. I ordered the chicken and beef fajitas, it was not edible, the beef was pure fat, and could not chew it, let alone swallow it. The chicken was so processed it didn't even look like or taste like chicken. It was a $40 meal, with there $7 chips and salsa, I will never ever go back. What a waste.

We stopped in on a Thursday, there were two parties ahead of us. Noone came to the front to greet us for more than five minutes. When the young girl finally did come she was rude no greeting or welcome. said a 15 minute wait. The bar was pretty full but we couldn't go in there either. No customer service whatsoever. I thought you were open to make money not make people leave. You definitely need a more friendly greeter. Its football season make sure your staffed. Once seated, the waitress was great, only positive. We were informed there were no burgers, shrimp and no chips. It's football season once again, why no food. We ordered steak and it was absolutely horrid. It didn't look like steak, it was imitation something. Its hit or miss at this location, sometimes good sometimes horrible. Get better greeters, someone that wants to work. Make sure enough stock on hand.

hosts are very rude and dismissive, sat down others who came in after us first, and after we said something to her she just ignored and sat us down at the worst table in place, our waitress was nice, but informed us that they were out of chips, burgers and shrimp, We ordered sirloins, more like mystery meat, Chewy gray flavorless, got my order wrong, gave me wrong sides, Won’t come here again.
