Waitress never came to refill our drinks. Fajita chicken was cold, overall service from start to finish was horrible.

Not usually a fan of chain restaurants but this Chili's location has definitely got it together. The food was great and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Very friendly staff, management checked in with us. A waitress even held open the door for us. Great experience.

This Chilis is amazing! The food was excellent. We had a wonderful bartender names Sierra was so friendly & helpful! She recoomended our favs! Loved her service!

Pretty good, I haven't been to a Chili's in a very long time. Sierra was our bartender and she was very engaging and recommended good options for us to try.

Went there on 10/19/25. The waitress was completely rude our food came out cold I ordered fajitas no tortillas came with my meal. I asked for them and said our food was cold and she rolled her eyes and I asked for a manager and the “manager” came out and ran to the back and would not come back out to handle the situation at hand (that’s her job) I said I would pay for the meal my son was eating because it came out good and was charged 47.00 for a burger meal and two drinks. Completely unacceptable. The bartender was actually amazing and tried to make things better. She should be the manager instead of the one that can’t handle her position..

Me and my boyfriend as at the bar and order drinks and food! The food and my steak was on point yum! Sierra was awesome when we came in off the back!! Great drinks to on the witches brew ordered 2 thanks again sierra

Very disappointed after spending 80 dollars on a meal that left the family running to the bathroom all night. This is the 3rd and final time we eat from here. 🤢

I messed up my order on line, it was not what I wanted and had been craving since my last visit, however Kurtis the manager took good care of me while explaining to make sure my order is right before submitting, I will do from now on.
