I have dined in at this location and have never had a problem. It’s when ever I place a to go order from the app that something is ALWAYS wrong. First of all, I never got the second text message saying my order was ready. After an hour of placing my order I head out to the store and am told the tablets are down and they weren’t able to send the text. Not sure how hard it is to pick up the phone to call and tell me my order is ready. Well my food was cold cause it had been sitting for a while. Had to go back inside because the chips were missing. One of the meals ordered was the Cilantro Lime Carne Asada with a side of beans and rice. The dish had no Carne Asada (it was chicken) and the side of rice was maybe about a tablespoon serving. I have a picture but don’t see the option to attach it.

8 empty tables and told you can't sit because the servers are too busy. Personally I'd rather sit and wait at a table versus standing in a cold vestibule

Shanda is one of the best. Bar tender i have encountered in a long time. I love her customer service professionalism.

I went with my friend during the early morning and got seated pretty quickly but ended up waiting around 22 minutes before getting recognized by our waitress. She was told multiple times she had a table and people waiting at the front also waiting to get seated and having to sit themselves, never giving them my money.

Service was slow. As a server, I feel that during a slow time they could definitely upgrade the service. The bartender wasn't personable and my drink stayed empty for a long time even after my food came. I understand that it was shift change and her arm was messed up but she could have explained why the service was so slow.

Whoever was working tonight as host (10/23/24 8pm) needs to be fired. We had at least 3 staff members walk past us and another lady waiting to be seated. Waited over 15 minutes and then finally just left. Awful service.

Chili's used to have great food, and even the queso dip is gritty no longer tasty and smooth. Integrity is everything, all for saving money you lose customers. Takes to long to get seated too.

Got seated right away and ordered drinks right away, after 45 minutes of waiting for our main entree’s all 3 plates were wrong. One was cold like it had been waiting there for a long time. Burger was as hard as a rock. Sent two back and waiting an hour for those to come out. Got some of the bill taken off but terrible service by the back. Server was good. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Nice environment, very clean restrooms. The food was good, and the witch margarita hit the spot.

Literally just staring at my To go order while 8 or 9 employees dance and eat in the kitchen. Nobody cared to acknowledge me but everyone walked past me. Literally had enough time to take a picture and write this whole review before I said “Is anybody going to help me?” To some unfriendly lady on the phone.

I walked in to eat dinner around 9:30 p.m. and all the staff was just standing around talking and then they started looking at me giving me dirty looks like I had no right to be there they had a whole half hours not like they couldn't have made my food in a half hour but it did make sense why they were mean Muggin me and then at the same time trying to sit me in the bar where it was so loud I couldn't even hear myself think I told them I didn't want to sit in the bar and they said that was the only option so I told them never mind I'll spend my money elsewhere I don't understand they had so many tables open it's not like one person couldn't eat at a regular table in the dining room I'm not that messy having either I could have cleaned up after myself if that's what the problem was but I literally felt so unwelcome and the manager didn't want to compensate me at all by allowing me to sit at a small Booth close to the door or anything it's really crazy they won't be getting my money
