Chinshan has the best tasting and most reasonably priced Chinese food in Albuquerque. As a former NYC dweller, I found ABQ Chinese food leaving a lot to be desired until I found Chinshan. Their cuisine is always delicious and wholesome, and I am eagerly awaiting the announcement of their new location following the temporary closing of their Wyoming restaurant. I will be much a happier Burqueña when they reopen. Thanks for bringing us so many wonderful dishes—I especially love the Cashew Chicken and their Hot & Sour Soup.

So sad they left for Houston- some of the best Chinese food I've ever had came from this fine establishment. I wish I'd gone more!

Best Chinese food in town, but they are closing, or, fingers-crossed, relocating? We love the egg-fried rice, the sweet-and-sour pork, and interestingly, they have the best Pad Thai in town, very consistent. I hope they stay in town! Or, I want to know where the cooks go!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in ABQ. Food and portion size exceeded my expectations. Could feed my family of 4 with two orders. The service is very good and the atmosphere is great for lunch and dinner.

I recently tried ChinShan Chinese Restaurant, and I have to say, their chicken Pad Thai really hit the spot! The noodles were cooked just right—not too soft, with a slight chew that held onto the delicious, slightly tangy sauce. The chicken was tender and flavorful, perfectly balancing the dish without overpowering the classic Pad Thai taste.

What stood out was the attention to detail in flavors—just the right mix of savory, tangy, and a hint of sweetness that makes Pad Thai so satisfying. They didn’t skimp on portions either, so I left feeling happily full.

I’ll definitely be back to ChinShan for that Pad Thai, and I’m looking forward to trying more items on their menu. Great experience all around!

That was probably the best soup I've ever had. Very delicious and tasty. I had wonton soup with mixed meat and vegetables...highly recommend!
