Chinshan has the best tasting and most reasonably priced Chinese food in Albuquerque. As a former NYC dweller, I found ABQ Chinese food leaving a lot to be desired until I found Chinshan. Their cuisine is always delicious and wholesome, and I am eagerly awaiting the announcement of their new location following the temporary closing of their Wyoming restaurant. I will be much a happier Burqueña when they reopen. Thanks for bringing us so many wonderful dishes—I especially love the Cashew Chicken and their Hot & Sour Soup.
So sad they left for Houston- some of the best Chinese food I've ever had came from this fine establishment. I wish I'd gone more!

Best Chinese food in town, but they are closing, or, fingers-crossed, relocating? We love the egg-fried rice, the sweet-and-sour pork, and interestingly, they have the best Pad Thai in town, very consistent. I hope they stay in town! Or, I want to know where the cooks go!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in ABQ. Food and portion size exceeded my expectations. Could feed my family of 4 with two orders. The service is very good and the atmosphere is great for lunch and dinner.
