The ABQ area has terrible Chinese food. My partner and I are from the East coast. When we discover this place, we fell in love. the food is delicious AF. People who complain about the customer service are just soft. No, not everyone has to bow down to you. You come for the food above all else. If you want to go for atmosphere, I recommend hiking

The food is terrific.although during the lunch special it seems like we're being" overcharged. We visit this place quite a few times, known to the employees. It doesn't matter.with a long wait just to get service. The food is great but the (employees attitude really needs to be a little bit better). Always be grateful for customers.

WOW!! some of the best Asian food ever! The egg drop soup was DELICIOUS! Jasmine tea was so flavorful and comforting.The food wait was perfect and the staff friendly. Looking forward to going back, The atmosphere could use some "warmer" décor along with maybe some low instrumental Asian music to add to the experience.

The food here is great, wonderful, in fact. The rice was perfect, the food was fresh. I may order takeout, but I don't know about eating here again. It was extremely loud even though the place is pretty small. The sounds just bounce off the walls or something and for someone with some sensory sensitivities, this place is not ideal. Our appetizers came far after the food and our rice came much later than the dishes. There was a phone behind the counter that would ring constantly at such a loud cartoony sound, but no one would ever answer it even when they were standing nearby. I have a few other complaints but the food wasn't one of them.

I have followed this family owned Asian restaurant since they established on the west side. Definitely they know how to prepare the Szechuan, Hunan, mandarin cuisines better than any one else. They worry so hard, love the older lady she’s always on it! It’s a very, very tough business and I’m just so glad they moved 10 minutes down the road fromme.Love the house Low Mein, I know, simple but the flavor they incorporate into such a blah dish tells me everything! Thanks and always look for 5588, Steve! Don’t Change a thing hang in there ! Lots of people are watching.

We love the food here. Super fresh and fast. Great place for a quick lunch. We've also ordered takeout. Favorites are shrimp in lobster sauce, moo shu pork, general tso's chicken. They are really busy for dinner but totally worth the wait.
