Hadn’t been to a Chipotle in years since the last time I was there it was awful. This time was no different. Queso was cold and watery….no flavor to speak of. Also a very tiny amount for the price! I asked if I could have gucamole instead of the queso, it was brown and tasteless. Yuck, yuck all the way around! The steak taco was just so so. Will not be back. There are so many other places in Albuquerque to get much better tacos and queso!

This location has consistently dropped the ball when it comes to staff and management for multiple years now. Online orders are consistently late, and the staff are confrontational when you ask for your now late order. Avoid this location.

Very busy but very good. I've always seen a long line, which is indicative of good food. I finally got the opportunity to head inside, and I wasn't disappointed. The food was fresh and tasted great! There is plenty of food for what you're paying for.

Every time I order online for pick up, the food is always at least 10 minutes late past the promised time. This order I placed today was 25 minutes later than the promised time. There were others there before me, also waiting on their online order. I went to the counter twice to check and the staff member was not very responsive. This was after 2pm, and there was no line. Also the tables and floor were dirty. I will not be back for pick up or dine in.
Came right as they opened doors and they were nice. Burrito was stuffed and the building was clean.
