Found a hair in my food asked for extra rice and beans and double meat there is not meat or rice or beans all of it is cheese this is horrible I don’t ever want to go back here don’t recommend

I’ve been a regular customer for years. Although, I’m very dissatisfied with the service lately. Unfortunately, it has been a couple of times they don’t have the chipotle vinaigrette available for the salads. The crew seem not to care or offer any alternatives or even apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve call the store number and got redirected to an automated line. I wasn’t able to even speak to the store manager.

This place has been a joke lately! Ordered almost everything doubled but they gave me the lightest bowl ever! I normally check the weight of my orders because I like to count my macros. On average, my bowl would weigh 32-37 ounces for the same order. Today, I got a bowl that was barely 20 ounces. Who ate my food? Was it the staff or was it the manager? Just curious Chipotle. Y'all increase the price of the items (understandable) but half ass on the servings. C'mon, y'all are better than that! I normally refrain from writing any reviews but I am so pissed that I had to!

Went in hungry, came out disappointed... The lady in front with black eyebrows doesn't have good communication skills...No hi, hello, what can I get for you? Anyway Four of us came in. As well a couple plus me and my wife. The couple went first to order then me and my wife next... The lady with black eyebrows was talking with her other employees at the time when we came in. Tortilla bag was open and getting dry then she asked my wife what she wanted, we both got burritos... Then she asked me what would I like on my tortilla I said white rice... But could hardly hear her, she kinda had a irritated look on her face So I said white.. being that there wasn't any brown rice which I normally get wasn't available... Then some other lady rolled my burrito then somehow tore it got another tortilla double wrapped my burrito... Got our order hoping it wasn't as bad as it looked. Then I started to eat then the whole thing broke apart...maybe I should've just made it easier for them and just said a damn bowl.... Got my refund then the manager or who ever told some other female employee what did you do? She goes I didn't do anything... Like making mistakes is there goto Smh I'm from Rio Rancho and I'll just stick to the 528 Corrales location at least they know how to roll a damn burrito

Not a fan of Chipotle. I have not gone to any of the franchise for many years and decide to give another try. This time is also as expeted not to my liking.

Avoid coming here! I came 3 times since i was in the area everytime they are out of something veggies guacamole or chicken. Management needs to step it's game up here. Other locations are on top of it. Food prep accordingly do something

I came in at 5:00pm last Thursday and found the containers to be empty. No bell peppers and onions, no chicken at all. The server scooped out the last bit of rice coming up with about half a serving. The pinto beans I were nothing but sauce. He brought up a full container only after I asked for it. When I asked about the empty containers he stated that there wasn’t any. He was completely indifferent and seemed annoyed. I left at that point. So disappointed. I have been here numerous times and it was always a pleasant experience. I won’t be coming back to this property.
