Food had a hair in it and came out incorrect. I asked for a tortilla twice and she kept telling me “that’s not what I’m asking you” “you ask over there not with me”

This restaurant is not welcoming and well-maintained. Also, it’s frustrating when the they don’t have chipotle vinaigrette available and do not offer any alternatives or even apologize for the inconvenience.

I don’t even want to give it any stars. The staff on Saturday December 27th around 2:40 was horrible no customers survive what so ever VERY RUDE! Either there is not enough staff on schedule or they need new staff. Chips were old , asked about my order the lady gave so much attitude. They seemed really bothered when people were ordering. Nothing was ready. The store was just disgusting mess everywhere, tables and we’re not clean. WOULD NOT EAT IN THAT STORE. Will not be going back to this location ever again!! GET NEW STAFF OR HIRE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK AND LESS ATTITUDE.

Paid $45 for three burritos that are the size of my small female hand. If I didn’t live so far I would have taken them back. These burritos look like they would be for a really small child. For the amount of money it costs to eat here just to be served a burrito that tiny is absolutely ridiculous!!

The female that added the extras to your meal after the initial order was so rude to me an my kids it was crazy. The food bar was a disgusting mess and there were ice chunks in my son’s burritos from the lettuce I’m assuming. All around the food was terrible as well as the atmosphere. First and last time I’ll ever eat at chipotle.

zero stars if I could have waited in line for 25 minutes before being talked to only to be informed it would be longer. I’m not usually the one to get impatient, but I waited in that line for probably 30 minutes, witnessed the staff dipping steak in the cheese and eating it while only one person was working the entire time y’all should think about re-staffing I was disgusted I had to leave
