Chipotle Mexican Grill

My husband just picked up our order tonight and they left the guacamole off of both of our dinners. We had bowls and both included guacamole on them. The bowls weren't as good without the guacamole.

This is a very clean location with friendly staff

If i could give a zero i would. The amount of unprofessional here is mind blowing. I work near by so, at times i want to come enjoy food however each time there is an employee (women always at the front can’t miss her) who is so inconsiderate, rude, and gets irritated real quick. Always seems like she does not want to be there. The first time i went i thought okay maybe she is having a bad day nope came again and again it’s the same response. She should not be working there in the front at all. Very disappointing that this is what chipotle hires at their facility.

3.1 rating!? Lmao how do you allow your business to get a rating this bad? That's embarrassing. Even Arby's has a better rating. I feel like with that rating you're guaranteed to get sick from eating the food at this restaurant. That's not something I'm willing to risk. I'm reporting this location to corporate and I suggest everyone do the same. Otherwise they're gonna keep operating how they're operating

I ordered online and it was ready right on time but my food was completely cold. I ordered a quesadilla for my son and all we got was two tortillas without cheese so I had to make him a quesadilla when we got home. My other son ordered tacos and the taco shells were completely broken. Finally they ordered chocolate milk and it wasnt in the bag. Will not be going back.

Horrible restaurant, Older lady around 1pm is so beyond disrespectful and forgetful me and a family member had an interview she laughed in our face about it and had said she forgot we where here… she was on her phone for a couple minutes and had us sitting there til 2pm! Restaurant is absolutely a mess all the tables were dirty and had food on them no wonder this place has such bad reviews honestly so disappointing and a waist of our time! Not worth your money nor working their either!

The portions are pitiful here. I paid almost $25 dollars for a bowl and it was half empty.

Not worth it anymore. Last 3 times I’ve went the employees are scared to put “too much” food on my plate. It’s to the point where they are giving us half the portion that they used to and the prices keep going up. That’s it for me Chipotle, good luck. The only people you’re taking care of are the CEO and shareholders. Won’t be back.

The lady at the register on the afternoon of November 3 at 3:45 PM was asked by me if we could get for my two year-old rice without cilantro me asking her that question made her so mad that she decided to be disrespectful. I have never gone to this location and been treated like that. If somebody is unhappy with their job, they should find another one instead of taking it out on people who are coming to spend money and buy food there. I was a kitchen manager years ago at chipotle and never would I let my stuff treat customers like that so I hope this woman is addressed immediately. Once she served the rice and meat, she let it sit there for five minutes without helping us move onto the next section while piling five more trays behind mine. I left without even taking the food with me.

Me and my family are vegetarian and normally we ask for extra beans and rice because it’s the only things we eat there. Today the lady said that they were low in rice and beans so our lunch was pretty poor.

The rice was HALF cooked. The worst rice I’ve ever had anywhere. It was like trying to chew on sand.
Service seemed slow too. And the proportions they provided was about 70% what all other Chipotle’s dish up. Pretty disappointing. But at least they had all the ingredients unlike so many locations nowadays.
Finding a clean table to eat at was challenging as well. No body cares about doing a good job any more. All they want is a paycheck and this is what you get when you cultivate that mindset.
