Service was a bit slow and it was crowded, but portion was good

Would not allow me inside. Apparently they only do digital orders what a bunch of BS. Also they only exept cash so dont bother going if you are trying to pay with a card.

Ordered a burrito bowl and only received black beans and chipotle honey chicken in my bowl. Nothing else! I ordered guacamole, rice, hot red salsa, lettuce, cheese, and pico but my order was missing everything! I also ordered regular chicken but was given honey chipotle chicken. I received the saddest looking bowl. Stay away unless you want to eat something completely different than what you ordered!

Employee just stood there staring around me, no can i help you, hello, etc., so I wasn't sure she was prepared to take my order. I don't need my behind kissed but how about something other than contempt for your customers? So sorry to inconvenience you.

Drive thru is super slow. 15 minutes behind my scheduled pickup.

Small portions, ordered double meat and barely got half a scoop. At the time we went, most of the meat looked dry.

I dont understand how an order hasn't been started that was pre placed. I delivered a whole order before coming to pick up the order that I received, and I waited and watched customers get cashed out. Then the cashier was super friendly and went to check the order i was waiting for. The girl that was supposed to be making it was out front, she hadn't even started the order.......... how's is that possible. Yall had 15 min to start that order.

First off, $16 for a burrito is wild.
When I went to pay, I was having trouble with the card reader. I never usually swipe or tap my card. The lady behind the counter had no patience. She reminded me of the chamelion from the SING movie. She had red hair, short, glasses, and was a little overweight. She accused me of playing dumb and for trying to get a free burrito. So after fumbling for a bit I got it to work, my card was approved.
I noticed they forgot the guacamole side I ordered, so I asked her about it. All she told me was to get in line and pay, then walked away.
The burrito was pretty good, but there wasn't much cheese and I could barely taste it.
So yeah. Overpriced food and rude workers :(
Stripes is way better in terms of price AND taste, please go there instead

Very inconsistent on whether the rice is cooked properly. I frequently get inedible, HARD rice.
Also, This location’s drive-through layout is ridiculous! It’s nearly impossible to get close enough to the window without scuffing your car. I truly don’t understand why it’s like this.
