I’ve worked at chipotle, I know how it works. It’s fun sometimes, it’s annoying sometimes it’s busy sometimes, you wanna close on time, I get it. However, I go to this location often and my latest visit was at about 9pm on 12/21/2025 there’s only one person visible in the whole store, (who by the way walked out of the back when I got there) He was BLITZED clearly high or drunk had absolutely terrible customer service, you guys are still open for at least and hour and he claimed to be out of queso “for the night” same with chicken until I asked him twice, because that’s kind of ridiculous. I know people have lives outside of work and want to get home on time, I’ve been there. You don’t close for another hour though and your employees act like they couldn’t care any less about their job. That’s frustrating. I expect better when I’m paying close to 20 dollars for a meal. I also know Chipotle’s standards and this store is a joke. Do better.

I’d choose a different location if you’d like to go to Chipotle.

The grilled vegetables, the steak, their melted cheese and lettuce were dry.. I guess they had not reheated or mixed together in a while.

Most ignorant staff I've ever encountered.

I got a bowl from this location two days ago and it made me sick, I threw up multiple times and barely feeling better today. If this happens to anyone else I would call the health department. 😳

Food had no taste it was bland!!! Everything has cilantro which not everyone doesn't like it !!
I wouldn't recommend it to know one but your call.....

Never and I mean NEVER order this place online. They will upcharge you and give you less food every time. Double wrap burrito with double chicken? Try double wrap with half a serving of chicken, next to no rice, lettuce and anything else meaningful. My order should've been one of the larger things you could get from Chipotle but what I got looks like it was off a kids menu. Disgraceful.
