I just ordered two bowls to take home and then when I opened my bowls the veggies that I ordered and payed for were not in my bowl. And if it were my food I wouldn't really care but I bought this for someone and that is really disappointing to hear that the main thing that they ordered on the bowl isn't there. This is horrible service I don't care that I did a online order all orders should b3 treated the same way as one being made in store in front of customers. So that is why im giving a 1 star. I've slowly stopped coming here because of that very reason but I thought I could trust your employees with my money to make me the bowls I wanted but I was wrong to do so.

This chipotle is out of my area but they do a great job and the food and service is always on point- I noticed it’s mainly females that run this place! That might be why it’s so great all the time. Don’t bother going to the UNM location that manager is the worst ever! She thinks she can close early and run the place however she wants. Just come to this location and get your chipotle cravings the way it should be. Plus they’re nice and prompt and it’s always clean. Recommend 10/10!

I’ve always loved chipotles food but they’ve gone downhill over the past couple years and this location specifically is awful. The last straw that pushed me away to where I will never come back happened today, I ordered my food online and went through the drive through to pick it up. The bowl had maybe a quarter scoop of rice, a couple pieces of steak, a few huge pieces of barely cut bell pepper, and a tiny bit of cheese. I paid $15 for a 1/6 filled bowl. After this I don’t even know if I will eat at chipotle again because they clearly do not care about their customers anymore

For some reason, the price for a bowl here is a few dollars more than the other Chipotle in town not too far away. They gave me too little rice. Not great customer service either. Will not be going back.

Ordered online went to drive up window and was told park it was being prepared. Waited in car for 15 min , finally went into the empty restaurant and asked for my order and took another 5 min . The Mgr Darlene really needs to have her team provide better customer service .

6 chicken tacos, they both were so salty we could not eat them, no phone number to be found. After $32.00 & no dinner tonight, not in a great mood.

Gave me the most vile side of guacamole it was basically brown.
