Worst chipotle I’ve ever had. Lettuce was wilted, guac was brown, steak was fatty and cold. I eat chipotle all the time and have never had this poor of quality. $17 for this barely edible bowl is insane.

I regularly come to this location for lunch. Arrive today to see it closed with a big sticker on the front door saying it was closed by the health department.

I love Chipotle, but definitely won't be coming back to this location.

Visited the San Mateo/ Montgomery store. After winding my way around the homeless people outside to the front door, I was not greeted by the sound of the chicken sizzling on the flat top ( referring to the commercial). There were only 2 staff people present. The girl working the front counter was less than personable. This was my first experience at Chipotle and sad to say, I will not be back. The food was flavorless and definitely not fresh, and I was the first customer of the day. Don't let the commercials fool you!

Parking: Too many homeless sitting on the curbs outside of the store. Made me very uncomfortable to have to walk through them to get to the front door.

I ordered through the app on 12/20/24. My order wasn’t ready when I get there at the time it says it will be ready. I wait and when I do get my order there was a side sauce that spilt in the bag because this little girl was in such a rush, so when I tell her, she grabs the bag out of my hand which was not okay. I asked to speak to the manager in which she responds she’s the manager! She was cussing and just being plain rude for no reason! Remember little girl you chose to apply at chipotle and deal with the stuff you gotta deal with. if you can’t handle the rush and control your emotions, it doesn’t seem like the manager position is meant for you! Hopefully chipotle can put her through training again because she shouldn’t be dealing with the customers!

I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt after eating here a few times, but I’ll never return. Food is always cold, portions are small, missing items, poor service, etc. The convenience of the drive thru isn’t important when the food sucks.

I have to say that this restaurant is mostly consistent, thank God. They always try to work fast, but time is of no issue to me. Even if I'm low on time, I would rather people take their time with my food than get it wrong.

I always order a steak burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. They have a lot of toppings to choose from with your choice of protein. A few times the steak was burnt and/or dry. But it's better than under-cooked. I've had Salmonella twice in my life now (not from this restaurant) and I do not wish to relive the painful experience.

The only reason why I am giving it 3 stars is because the steak was burnt and that my $9 (including tax) burrito turned into a $14 + change burrito. If I was getting more food, then I would pay more, but I'm getting the same amount of food for more money. Guacamole is almost an extra $3, but I look forward to it because it's the only food with guacamole that I have all year long.

On my limited income, I can only afford to visit this restaurant 2-3 times a year now. That's why I'm thankful that it's mostly consistent. I hope this review helps others make a decision to come here.

This awful food is not for me personally, I wouldn't eat at these places if it was free. But lots of clueless people like this place. Different strokes for different folks. The service is poor, and the people are not friendly, including employees. I was just picking up for someone else and waited too long, and the food was cold. Dangerous area so be aware of your surroundings. Lots of stragglers and people up to no good.

This place sucks definitely not a fan I already didn’t like chipotle and this experience made it 10 times worse Food was awful gave us the wrong order and customer service was absolutely awful. The employees clearly don’t care and neither does management. I don’t like to complain but this was absolutely unacceptable for paying the amount we did the food should have not been to bottom of the pan. Will not be returning! DO BETTER chipotle

I am not to complain but this service was bad. They gave us the wrong burrito and was awful. The double chicken bowl that I ordered had just small pieces of dry burnt chicken, definitely not fresh or a double. I tried to get help on the customer service chat, and two different agents were trying to give me partial refunds and a free entree. I tried to tell them I don't want anything free because I won't be going back again. I just want a full refund. Both chat agents ended up ending the chat. Clearly, the workers at the store don't care, and the chat agents don't care either. I had asked the chat agents to get me someone higher up some info, and they never did. Also, why doesn't this location have a phone number added to the maps ? I just wanted a refund for poor quality food, wrong order, and now horrible customer service.

No forks , no napkins, no Coke Zero fountain. Asked to speak to the manager . Manager refused to speak to me. Told employee there was nothing she could do about it. Poor customer service. I was also told that Albertsons sell forks .
