Not bad, great customer service. The treats are okay. Very hard for all of their products that I've had. The Dubai chocolate, Valentine's macarons, store made dark chocolate Reese's cup. I love the idea over all I just wish the products that I've had were more softer for the chocolate to be CHOCOLATE dude, and also would of loved to try the milk chocolate Reese's cup, but when I ordered it on Tuesday to pick up today (Friday) they ran out. 🤔 Shouldn't it be first come first serve 🤔🤔

The prickly pear lemon truffles are AMAZING. I wish I'd bought them all!!! Also delightful...biscochito truffle...raspberry truffle..peanut caramel apple...staff was also very friendly and helpful!!!

The fudge is a bit dry and pricey. The Dubai chocolate bar had no price tag and was 20$ a bar with not a lot of filling. The service was really nice, just the product and prices don’t really match up.

Awful experience. The haystack chocolate was rancid, probably due to the coconut. I brought it back to the store, and the rude child at the counter refused to provide us a refund because I didn't have a receipt--it was a gift. She said it didn't look rancid--therefore it must not be. I asked to get in touch with the manager/owner and she also refused this. The cashier is truly the worst example of an impertinent entitled pre-teen, and was unbelievably impolite. They obviously do not stand by their product quality. I will of course object to the charge on the credit card. Avoid this terrible place.

Went in right before closing, but the staff was so kind. I got the chocolate moose and chocolate covered strawberries. My first time coming here everything was delicious will be coming back !!

Me and my mom love Chocolate dude. The viral chocolate Dubai bar, chupacabra crunch bar and Nutella crunch bar are super tasty! The drinks are also worth mentioning as well, the chai latte iced is really nice and flavorful. Their milk hot chocolate with whipped cream is divine! Its the best i have ever had and that says alot considering i have had many different hot chocolates. In total i paid $67 for 2 drinks and 3 bars and a rocky road cluster. The employees were really kind and helpful so service overall was a 10/10. the place is so nice and cozy the ambiance of the place was very pleasant.

Really love this place and try to visit each time I'm in town. The Dubai chocolate bar is divine as is their selection of anything caramel. They also have an espresso bar that doesn't disappoint. Be sure to try this place if u have a sweet tooth like me <3

So we walked by the store in nob hill and saw the dubai chocolate bar sign outside and wanted to try I’m not sure if it was a bad batch but the one I got was not good at all no flavor and very dry I wanted to like it so much because the girls at the counter were raving about it got home took one bite and wasn’t impressed to be honest I was disappointed, if you’re thinking about buying the dubai chocolate from here save your money and order off TikTok it was not worth it
