Great place for families. The uv ink check in process is fantastic for piece of mind.
Place is great, fun games and choice of games, really fun kid atmosphere.
Seemed like the kids had fun.
Management can not handle issues with other customers and are disorganized. They do not train their employees and it causes disaster and disdain between customers and staff. Not a safe environment for young children. This was proof enough when I saw a guy sitting and waiting for beer for 30 mins because the manager Kayla would not come up. All of us customers were waiting on food and the employees were apologizing profusely. The managers would not help the young girl who was doing her best despite having issues working the system. These managers are rude to their employees and they make guests pay 12 dollars to jump on a puddle sized trampoline. Change your management promptly and your sales will increase.
We love to come play here our membership makes it worth it
My kids, ages 7and 9 had a great time. They have a TINY trampoline area that costs $20 extra per kid. Not a huge game area but some pretty fun ones and some that are for toddlers. If you get your game cards by time instead of credits, you can pause your gameplay to eat. (You get more bang for your buck if you do it by time). The pizza is good and there's a salad bar. Chuck E does come out and wander around frequently, he also did dances with the kids, which I thought was cute. I think it's way overpriced but my littles had fun
Don’t recommend this location and the reason because staff are very unprofessional, especially the manager or at least the person who was wearing the green shirt the way she spoke to customers was not OK. I understand some people can be difficult at times, but no reason to talk to customers what she did.
The employees work extremely hard and even interact with the costumers, Nice place for a birthday party.
We enjoy our membership and hang out and come offten!
Fun times, new games, kids loved it!

Came in late from AZ got about 30 minutes of play before closing. Spent $130. Paid $25 for socks for two kids to jump in the little trampoline area. Came back next morning before heading home and they would NOT let the kids play in the TINY area again. Said we would need to pay another $25 for the day.
Haven't been to Chuck e cheese in years since my kids were little took my grandchild she had an absolute blast love the the new remodels of Chuck e cheese
I must say this was the worst experience I have had. Prices ridiculous false advertisement. Manager and staff were very unprofessional. There was a duster and dusting spray next to the salad nothing fresh about the salad bar. When asked about tomatoes the manager said they were busy those were baby tomatoes that could have been washed and put in a bowl immediately. From manager to the staff or full of excuses and could not make nothing right top it off they weren't even busy there was maybe a handful of us that were there if that at that time for what I paid for is a service I should have got it and I paid a lot of money and that was the poorest service I have ever received Peter Piper does it better shame on Chuck e cheese I would like answers immediately from higher-ups because that was uncalled for for the price I paid I'll put it to you this way it was over $50 it was over 60 it was over $70 to be treated like we were trash so therefore I hope before you guys go you guys read this review and don't ever go here stay away from this place it's horrible.
It's still the place for kiddos. I had my birthday there my kiddos, and now my grandson.
They have a new trampoline jump area for $12 per kid. We got out of there spending $70 for me and 1 kid.
