The pizza here used to be really good. I was in here today at 1:00 pm and I can definitively say that this location needs to either retrain or replace the day time staff. The pizza was dry, burnt, too little cheese, almost no sauce... And we had to wait 15 minutes to get anyone to even help us. I'm very disappointed.

Always a great experience the employees are super friendly and nice. Pizza is super delicious the kid's always have a great time

We were celebrating my niece's birthday here and it was not the best experience. The staff was not trained very well. They rushed us through eating (once our order FINALLY got out to our table), and they brought the ice cream cups out before we were even done eating the pizza. They had double-booked and needed us out of the space - even though we had paid in advance for the space and time slot. I do think they could definitely do better and should have a refresher course on customer service.

Attended a birthday party and everything went good. Kids enjoyed the little mouse 🐁.

So much fun went for mine and my wifes coworker sons birthday Izac. The workers were so nice and made it the best time ever

11.98 all you can eat salad bar. $24.00 for a medium pizza (Surprisingly tasty however) plus drinks and points for my Grandson to play games = $67.98 for TWO people to eat and spend about 45 minutes. Granted we arrived about an hour and half before closing and an employee did ask before shutting down the salad bar and drink machine a full 25 minutes before the actual closing time, but the entire visit felt rushed and very much as though we were an inconvenience. I expected a little better treatment for $67 an hour (40 minutes actually) we left a little disappointed. My grandson didn't even get to redeem his prizes because staff was so focused on getting us out of the establishment.

Had an amazing time with family and kids. Staff was amazing , very friendly. The place was super clean , there was always multiple people cleaning moving out tables to clean, vacuuming. The pizza was made to order. And they had plenty of games for toddlers. We enjoyed our evening here.

Staff is amazing and very patient. Buffalo wings are so good, but everything else is mid. Kids had a blast, and that's all that matters.

Just had a birthday party for my son’s 4th birthday on June 28th, 2025, and TBH, I was pleasantly surprised how clean and well set up it was. The staff were very attentive, and if you needed anything it came quickly. All the games worked, it was nice and cool inside, restrooms were clean, and the pizza was also very good. Overall I would recommend this location for a child’s birthday party.

Aside from the sub par food, which is still unnecessary for these types of kids places, the place is clean and most everything works. Fun environment and workers are really kind and helpful.
