Came on a Sunday when apparently they have nothing but highschoolers working. Worst and most cringey experience ever. Big line for prize redemption with 90%of thr staff huddled in a circle gossiping (we can hear them) laughing instead of trying to help the young man with the prizes. They have fish displayed as a prize in the counter and when I asked to have two for my son, the employee couldn't get it because they were out, but we can clearly see them in the counter. So guess how as a parent, my 4 yr old son took it? Especially after waiting 15 mins n listening to them gossip like it was high-school or something.Very very unprofessional.

The staff was so rude. After we left they were up front messing around on there phone not help the girl at prize counter. If I could leave a zero star I wouldVegetarian options: Only had a salad barWheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible

It's okay because of the children's party facilities. The pizza was not very good.

These reviews are wild lol my family and I enjoy this place. The employees have no control over the new remodel and what was taken out. The manager is a very nice lady and her crew is just as great. They are accommodating and attentive. We were there at almost closing time and the salad bar was still full and super fresh, our pizza and cheese bread was delicious. They stayed to make sure my kids were able to play their whole play time and didn't rush or was rude while they picked their prizes. My kids have NO PROBLEM when I let them know they don't have enough for a prize they want or picked. That's part of going! We have been going there for years and this new crew always has it clean and provides excellent customer service compared to MANY places around town. We appreciate you and your crew at this location! Keep up the great work! :)

This place is going down hill fast the salad bar was not fresh at all brown lettuce and slimy veggies it was hard to get help cause the crew was not up to full staff. and it was dinner time. Most of the games are not working so you're stuck playing the same games you're better off going to the competition.

We hadn't been there for years. It's a really nice place for young kids. The kids had so much fun and then they sat sown to eat pizza. On some of those games I think they should last a little longer. You're playing and by the time you know it, the game is over. I have never liked the fact that you have to waste alot of money just to get a nice toy. You know they buy them in bulk and they don't pay that much for them. Sometimes the kids want something, but they don't have enough tickets for. I wish that would change some day. Oh well wishful thinking. All in all it was a nice day.

Definitely has to be the worst kitchen I've ever seen in my life only here if you want to get sick they literally leave their pizzas out for hours with cheese and then serve

We always have fun there! I just wish they would have a better variety of prizes. They make soooo much money that it is ridiculous. I think they over charge for everything but we still have a blast. Lol the other thing I can say is that the employees do not do anything about crazy, unsupervised children running wild. Not too safe for littles when a kids r allowed to be wild and out of control.

It's entertaining enough for very small kids 2-6, but that's about it.The staff was understanding and helpful, when our cards failed to work. It's fine... just fine ??‍♀️??The remodel makes everything seem cold, lacking the animatronics makes it less engaging, and without any kind of play structure (slides, climbing net, etc) kids just look at screens and push buttons.??‍♀️ An app on any phone can do as much. All the games use cards to activate them, and you don't get physical tickets. No tactile pleasure of holding a small fortune, in gold coins, or yards of tickets. All very cold, sterile, and dull.I realize that covid changed a lot of things, and I can appreciate the effort to try and keep kids clean/healthy, but this new business model is killing itself. The adults today remember the "good old days", we're nostalgic for it.We liked the creepy robots, getting lost in colorful tubes, and the dark arcade vibe.
