Church's Texas Chicken

I called and spoke to Hector today to Express. My unsatisfaction with the meal that I picked up last night at 10 piece. Chicken meal was terrible. It looked like it had been sitting on the rack for three days dry crusty And not even hot. Soo disappointed he had no suggestions to give me so We just won’t go back. We are there at least once a week. Too bad so sad there loss.! PSam

I ordered a three piece mixed and I get a thigh,drum stick and a wing. If they think a wing is white meat they are crazy. Way to expensive for the quality and what your getting. Come on church's you can do better then that.

Came in for an order and immediately was hit with the Non motivational lady right away 2 employees complaining about how they’re back up and the order is going to take a long time and I should probably leave. Worst service ever

I came to this Church's after having a not so pleasant visit at the one in Rio Rancho. I came in and asked if they took the coupon I had, they did and I had the 5 piece tenders (2 can dine). This was a more pleasant experience than the one in Rio Rancho. Restaurant was clean and staff were pleasant as well. I will come back to eat here.

Like this place but always running out of spicy chicken. I'm sure there is a point in which you start frying more chicken when it gets low that you don't run out.

Never have I had a problem with this location. Guy in the drive-through was not too polite in the speakerphone. Getting home my chicken is just drumsticks. I requested spicy chicken and it was not spicy chicken. They also forgot one of my side potatoes.

Geezuz god! Probably the worst place to go chicken fast food. Really?8 French fries half of them dried out..the nuggets were indigestible. Lesson learned. Awful.

Well, worth the wait for the biscuits to come out of the oven.

We ordered a spicy chicken tenders meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, with spicy sauce & creamy jalapeño sauce, and a large Coca-Cola, a naked chicken sandwich meal with fries and a Coca-Cola, a side of jalapeño poppers and an apple pie. The tender were good, but not spicy at all, and didn't get the spicy sauce and iced tea instead of coke... no biggie, it was still good. The sandwich was like a brick unfortunately, just threw it away, fries were good but again ice tea instead of coke. Jalapeño poppers were awesome! Apple pie she loved also.

Just called to see if they were open, because the mobile App states they are close, but online says until 10pm and the guy that answered said @ 9:30 they will be closing because their slow. I didn't know you can shut a restaurant down that's not yours . . Very unhappy and will be contacting corporate. Need better management, ppl that actually care for the business.
