Church's Texas Chicken

Customer focused, clean, food was great, fast service. Only 1 thing I noticed was the grease smell. It didn’t take away from the experience as we were take out. If I would have eaten there I may have been bothered by the smell.

All the food was good, but didn't give me my mac and cheese, and when I tried to call to fix it, they wouldn't pick up and it was obvious the staff was refusing to pick up and/or actively refusing to pick up the phone depsite me having not spoken to anyone about the issue.

I'm sorry I was sold old hard chicken I went to buy one breast and it looked like it been there for 6 hours This food quality should not be sold to people This is not good they should have been discarded and timed as to when it can be sold and when it shouldn't be sold

This was my first time at this churchs and they did a awesome job. I been to church's on 4th street and on san mateo and they always either got the order wrong or didn't give me the right the chicken. This one got the order right and were very nice

Quiet, CLEAN, and Kind! It's refreshing and Delicious, hot and fresh. Highly recommend for affordable snacking. 2 pcs and a Biscuit for $3.99. Yum.

Went there for lunch today with my wife and daughter as we walked in two employees were washing all the tables greeted us with a smile and said welcome, explain the menu we got our food really fast. Our experience with Church’s was awesome ?

Rude rude rude. 1st time they forgot to pack one of our meals, we went back and the rude lady said “I packed it, so I’m not giving you another one.”

5 year update!! This place simply cannot get an order correct!! Can you rate someone zero stars?

This time they forgot to pack our sides so we asked for them before we left. The drive through window was partially cracked and we heard the employees talking smack about us, because we asked for the food we PAID FOR.

I’m done with this location. They are incompetent and rude about it.
