This place took so long to actually get my order and this location is so small, never coming here again

How can I start my view… one word impress… my the company I work for was haven a party, my boss didn’t want to do a online order because something it don’t always go well, so she call and spoke to a worker name NOAH, Noah said they don’t do phone order, but since we were ordering 40 piece of chicken and need it by 1:00 pm he was going to take the order… I got there at 12:50, notice there was only 3 worker doing a lunch rush… I been to this location lots of time.. so I know there are around 4/5 workers, but today only 3..!!!.. Noah must be the manager on shift, he handled the rush like a boss, he stay calm and did want needed to be done…. I was amazed by this young guy.. maybe in his early 20.. I am almost 50 years old, been to LOTS of restaurants in my life… CHURCHES CHICKEN need to give this young man a raise…. Noah had the best attitude when he gave me my order… you don’t see that very often with the young generation any more.. I just want the company to know that they have a valuable WORKER working for them… thank you NOAH for a great attitude

The woman working drive thru at lunch time can't handle her business and spoke rudely to me because she was under pressure for a BIG order and I heard her complaining about me to other people. Why would I waste my time again? Answer, I won't, Popeyes is better and I'd go to KFC before I'd go back to Churches, I promise!

I had to wait for bisquits to be made cause the guy told me they were closing in 10 minutes I was 8:30 in the evening. Poor customer service.

The lady behind the counter was absolutely wonderful to deal with period the guy training her was very knowledgeable and cool. And of course, always hundred percent on the food, moist, crispy, mouth drooling, chicken and then the godsent roll!!!

I don't have a car and made an order for pick up. When I got there the doors were locked and the guy refused to open the doors. They were only accepting people through drive thru. I ended up having to use the drive-thru on foot. I found out that they were short staffed with only two people working there. I have nothing against the people working there. They did the best they could.

Less than 1/2 gravy to dip the strips in. Might as well get it at Whataburger or make it yourself

This is the worst church chicken I’ve been before, the food was so cold, the place really dirty and the guy in front with really bad mood no recommend to put a foot in this place

Ordered jalapeño bombers and didnt recieve them. I love churchs dont get me wrong. But they should read the orders and make sure they get all items correctly:) This is the third time it has happened to me at this place. 😭 chicken is good, and so are the jalapeño peppers 🌶

Went there yesterday and it was a little busy not too bad but I was not even acknowledged for about 10 minutes then when I was he had to ask another person to do it. That gentleman acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me out. One of the workers had a friend come in that acted angry and was huffing and puffing and then went to the car with his friend without informing anyone which I only know because the older guy said something about it. When I finally got the food I asked for hot sauce and honey and the dude rolled his eyes at me and acted like it was an inconvenience to do his job. I have been there before and never had issues but after yesterday I will not be returning to rhua location

Stopped in the lobby to order. Instantly the feeling of the place was a bit off. The guy taking orders was expressing his stress about backed up orders out loud as he was packing them, just to tell someone to lock the lobby up because he was overwhelmed. I stood there waiting for about 15 minutes before my order was even taken. I received my food just to get the stalest chicken patties, bread, everything on my sandwiches. Hard as a rock, and not even close to fresh. Maybe I ordered the one item they weren’t short on during their “rush”? They were definitely sitting in the hot case for a few hours. Just unacceptable. I would have been okay with waiting for fresh food. Literally the worst dining experience I’ve had. A couple of years back I used to work by this location and would visit it frequently, and it was a much better experience back then. Not too sure what’s happened since then. Would not recommend it these days.
