Every time I come all the employees have an attitude and I always wait at least 15 minutes for food. Pretty sure they either spit on my food or roll it on the ground. Disgusting customer service.

It took a total of 47 minutes for a drive thru order for two chicken sandwiches. I pulled up to the intercom to order, and I had to wait 10 minutes just for the associates to ask me for my order. after paying, I was told to wait in the parking lot for my two sandwiches. I waited an additional 37 minutes for them to walk out of the restaurant and bring me my order. Absolutely terrible!

Ordered Chicken legs and some nuggets. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. They forgot my chicken and Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Overcharged me for it. Had to turn around and go back into the restaurant. Worker was sitting on a stool totally ignored me and acted like he didn't hear me or give a shix about it. Very unprofessional customer service

Sure wish Ruidoso had a Church's chicken store.

Ordered (2) two pieces and (2) pumpkin cheesecake pies. I thought I was being smart by checking my order before I left. Sure enough I'm missing a two piece. Got home and they gave me apple pies instead of pumpkin. :(

I love the fact that they now have the spicy chicken option. It was really good crunchy and juicy at the same time. The service was friendly and pretty quick. I also got the mashed potatoes and gravy, which is always good and I also got the baked mac & cheese there was nothing baked about it it was pretty thick and runny. It was more cheese than noodles. It was more like a lukewarm cheese cup and the noodles were drowning. But overall, the food was really tasty

Very expensive 2 piece meal! Over $10 is not the way to treat customers on a budget!!!
