Today 5.19, cashier was so urgent for me to park on the parking lot, there was no cars behind me!! She gave me burnt chicken, burnt macaroni cheese, and no biscuits!! I have called about ten times and they don’t answer!! I will be call corporate!!

It says it opens at ten B S closed till 11 am told by the employee as they start at 10 but have to prep etc fresh, I guess it's a good thing but no way am I waiting one hour on a 30 min lunch ?. Typical customer service is trash here no stars Monday 2/5/2024 sorry not sorry your having a bad day today!!! ?Wheelchair accessibility: Not kid friendly

If I can give a 0 star I would from customer service to food quality please don’t waste your time coming here like I did, so much money spent here so the food could be trash disappointed my we wanted a good meal instead we got spoiled burn Mac and cheese filled halfways

I enjoyed the food but store was really messy. Crumbs all over the floor trashes overflowing. Mind you this was at opening. So maybe closers need to do a better job cleaning up.
These people are always super friendly, and they chicken strips are great!

This has got to be the worst Church's of all. After waiting 5 minutes behind another customer in the drive up, I was told they'd be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later, after ne reply, I drove off only to see the car that had been in front of me still sitting at the window waiting for his order. It wasn't even the lunch rush yet.
A homeless guy tried to climb in my truck and shouted at me while I was at the drive up. The staff just looked and seemed to think this was a normal occurrence, so I won't be going back here. Understandably the staff was just going through the motions and didn't seem to care about any customers, I'm sure they deal with junk all the time. I didn't get my whole order, but I left because at that time even more people were heading towards my truck.The food is okay, but maybe get it from another location.
