Super upset. One thing I love about Churches is the Jalapeños. I ordered my meal from Doordash however it does not have the option to add them. I call the store and they are uncooperative and can't add it to the order. So basically you are telling me there is no way I can get this item because you guys messed up and didn't add it to your online menu. I literally just placed a 40$ order and you guys can't throw me 3 peppers. The woman I was speaking to was bad at communicating and refused to listen. I just can not believe the disrespect. This is the LAST time I will ever spend money at a Churches Texas Chicken place again.
I personally never had a bad experience whenever I eat here. Just that it's in a bad area and I often wonder how they manage to keep the place up and running

Stopped in for a meal for dinner family of 6 so I ordered 16 piece meal leg and thigh. Mac and cheese and 2 smashed potatoes. 2 large fries large okra. Small coleslaw.Sides looks like it's missing a portion. Didn't recieve fries or okra had to turn back. Side door was locked and not accessible for the disabled. Was provided my items that were missing now wow the customer no apology. Frustrating that they do this to people. I wonder how many people dnt bother going back???

Once again here at Church,s Chicken. The fried. Chicken is old they leave and serve it they leave 1 bird. White meat and dark meat. Any fry foods have a shelf life of 30min.then it has to be disposed. But since Chicken gives you salloma. But the good chicken s are not called chickens they are leg horns. Big piece of breast.
