Church's Texas Chicken

Ordered online and it said 20 minutes. Got there and was told that it would be another 15 minutes. Then they go to give me my food and they hand me sides that had been sitting out for over 15 minutes. The sides, biscuits & pies were all cold. Also they forgot my 1/2 gallon of sweet tea. The exhaust fan was broken so it was a greasy smoky mess in that place. I smelled like a grease trap when I walked out. They were rude and didn’t seem to care. They ignored me when I came in and they ignored other customers as well. And they weren’t even busy.

Chicken in my wrap was cold chicken sandwich wasn't made right Didnt get my side of Mac n cheese I ordered and I called 3 times with no answer

Gave me a brimming water cup with no lid for the drive through. Kept asking me if I wanted the family/ combo meal without telling me what it added to the meal. That being said the foods ok

EVERYTIME I GO ASK FOR SPICY CHOCKEN THEY NEVER HAVE IT READY, TODAY I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY STILL MAKE IT THEY SAID YES, HOWEVER WHEN I WENT THEY DID MOT HAVE IT THE MANAGER SAID. IF THEIR NOT GONNA HAVE IT FONT ADVERTISE. UGH.....

This was a very pleasant experience. The young lady at the counter was very patient and thorough. Our experience last month left our order incomplete. This month so much better. Thank you!!

There was a young girl working there first she failed to give me my tenders. I got home noticed they were gone. I call she says go ahead and come back and pick them up. I get there and my tenders are halfway cooked not even fully cooked and they were so rude. Today is July 31, 2025 and whoever was in charge was very rude. I paid $42 for my mail and this is what I got.

Didn’t even have the opportunity to get the chicken meal I requested customer service is very poor. She says they didn’t have any fries ready. It would take five minutes and then she tells me because I wanted the chicken fillets spicy it would be another 10 minutes. Very rude used to like to get chicken there because of good service and good prices. I just left. I think the car behind me left also too bad poor service.

Honestly they need to hire better people here. Customer service is awful. My husband and I couldn't hear what the woman was saying on the intercom & she was progressively rude as if it was our fault we couldn't hear her. She was so pushy and rushing us through the drive through as if they were packed when it was empty and only one car was behind us. They're just rude here so definitely only deserve one star they need better service this place is already dirty and gross.

I am a pregnant with cravings, wanting to eat some fried chicken from church’s, I was so disappointed because I came to buy a big family meal for my family, craving the macaroni. First of all they didn’t have anything but mashed potatoes and Cole slaw, second they only had thighs and drums, no white chicken. It was still like an hour and half till closing and they wanted to give me what they had and wanted. I feel if I’m paying for something I should be able to get what I want to buy. Not what someone else wants me to get. They had time to cook some macaroni and chicken I believe. Very Disappointed in church’s right now..
