Church's Texas Chicken

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. When I went through the drive-thru to place an order, both employees at the window appeared to be under the influence. They were laughing, unfocused, and had bloodshot, glazed eyes. They struggled to take my order correctly, which made the experience frustrating.

When I called to report the issue and request their names, the person who claimed to be the manager refused to provide any information. Instead, she responded unprofessionally, saying she didn’t have to give her name and didn’t care if I contacted district or corporate.

This location consistently provides poor service. Living within the area we have tried and tried again to give them a chance. The employees are often rude and lack basic communication skills. I truly hope action is taken to improve the management and overall customer experience.

To night we decided to eat chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw salad, and we end up getting only mashed potatoes. They didn’t have any corn they didn’t give us the jalapeños we ordered and the coleslaw that they were supposed to give us was full of flower dough the chicken was not how we expected it to be and the service they gave us was so poor all the staff was very disrespectful and rude y’all need to do something about your staff .. wen we are paying for this food and for good service!!! If you don’t wanna work don’t work but as customers it’s not our fault for any of your bad attitude or bad service you give or of you don’t wanna work we expect good service and good food from this place.. if you go there make sure you check everything be for you leave and do expect the staff being rude and disrespectful and they never have anything cause they’re too lazy to make more of what you ask for!!!

I stopped in only because I needed to use a restroom, but apparently it was flooded. Fine. Ordered 3 piece tenders. I've been working since 6am and was working at the time. On the road I take a bite into a raw tender. Because I couldn't turn around, I'm out the money.
I moved to Albuquerque in August and have had 2 restaurants try to serve raw meat to me in that time. I guess if I end up with salmonella, I know why.

I drive across town for this location. The chicken is always cooked perfect and never dry. Anytime that it’s taken a while to get an order during busy times ( we get okra and they make it fresh).. they always treat us with excellent customer service.

I thought the church's on 98th and central were bad! This church's has to be the worse in Albuquerque! I love church's but they have to do something about there rude young employees! I ask if I could have the gravy on the side and they literally gave me a table spoon of gravy in a container. No mac and cheese like always! That was just the tip of the iceberg. The messed up my whole meal! If you go there make sure you check your order before you leave!

The workers are very rude

Every single time, I stop at this particular Churches, they always have me pull around to the front to wait, the last two times I’ve waited for them it was like 30 minutes each time, also each time I’ve attempted to order jalapeños on the side they do not have it, avoid at all costs!

Restaurant was nice,clean and employees were were very accommodating.Chicken and fries were fresh and hot and sweet tea was just made and with right amount of sugar.???

The chicken was perfectly crisp, the mashed potatoes were creamy with the right amount of gravy, the okra was also perfectly crisp and the biscuits were fluffy and perfectly glazed with honey. The service was great!
