Now I know why this Church's Texas Chicken has only 3.3 stars out of (703) reviews. Our experience was their failure in quality control. Last night we ordered a 10 piece tender meal with a regular size brown gravy. When we went home and hoping to enjoy dinner, joy turned to frustration. We noticed that two tenders were missing and the brown gravy cup was only half full. Is it really that hard to count ten tenders? Is it really that hard to put gravy in a cup?? Seriously!!!
Also, chicken tenders tasted like they were under a heat lamp for 20+ minutes.

My order was wrong and unfortunately I discovered it upon arrival home. I didn't have the energy to go all the way back or doubt that I will ever be over there again. It's unfortunate because reading other reviews it seems that the new management doesn't seem to care about quality control. I won't be back despite the friendly staff I felt that the working atmosphere was more comical than professional and I just wanted what I paid for

There is nothing Texas about this location. This place under new management and apparently he is trying to make his mark. They skimming on the portion sizes. Try ordering gravy or mashed potatoes. They will short you portions. I ordered large gravy (16oz) last time and they gave 4 oz I meansured in a food scale. This time they short us the mashed potatoes. Im tired of this manager new policy.

I tried chicken and waffles here for the first time years ago before I became a vegetarian, and it was absolutely delicious. I have been here several times since then. Now I get vegetarian options, but I love the fried okra and some mashed potatoes without gravy, and the biscuits are always on point. Thank you so much, and may God bless you all.

Master W has poor customer service. He’s are more worried about drive-thru times than the people in the lobby. We waited 20 minutes for Tenders. Poor attitude and lack of professionalism. I also order a family meal 14pc which they took over 10mns to make. Master missed a pc of chicken. I asked for a creamy jalapeño and said is gonna be 25 cents, really after I waited over 30mins for food! They don’t even want to help you, they avoid all eye contact. I asked for also for spicy sprinkle and gave me hot sauce. Never coming back again.

Walked in for an In-store purchase with a coupon and the staff wasn't very welcoming. All had attitudes, didn't say Hi, and just stared at me until I spoke basically, and then handed me my chicken and didn't even say have a good day?? Like do people not know how to be nice and have good customer service anymore?...

So I ordered a five piece, tender, mashed potato, coleslaw, creamy, jalapeño, and barbecue. I got the spicy tenders and when I got home the first two tenders, I’ve been into first off were Extremely dry. Second, they were Old And last were raw. The last three. I came across in my meal We’re not raw, but however, were dry and very old. It seemed to me. I was not in the mood to drive back complain. Get out of my bed. After a long day of Work. All I wanted to do was rest, so I did not go back to the restaurant.
I haven’t ordered fried chicken from a fast food place in a long time. We ordered 2 two piece meals and they came with two sides and a biscuit… and sauce all for a better than expected price, with an app delivery service! Then It shows up, on time and it tastes great and has the exact portions needed for each person feel super satisfied.I’m impressed with every bit of this experience and was caught completely by surprise. I’m going to keep this on my go to for a good quick meal.
