What I got vs. what I ordered. Come on church's. I know the food never looks like the menu, but what the hell is this? The chicken sandwich from McDonald's tastes better than this. I expected better from a restaurant that serves only chicken. Maybe stick to just fried chicken, no sandwiches. Now I remember why I haven't eaten here in years. I should've listened to my husband and went to KFC. It was closer anyway.

DO NOT use your debit or credit cards at this place they steal your information. I have video proof of an employee from Churchs going to the subway close by and using a customer’s card to buy sandwiches. Managers are in on it too.

Fried okra very dry, must have been sitting in the heat lamp for a long time. We ordered the extra large okra but was given the large, that was in the box. Chicken sandwich bun was hard as a rock.

I loved it. The food was great and the service was excellent. I had the chicken fried steak and loved it.
It would be a 5 star ? but no icing on our apple pies. The chicken was hot and fresh. Ocra was crispy not soggy and the biscuits are awesome. Nice people working there. Very polite.

Church's Chicken: where the food is clucking good, but placing an order feels like a game of telephone gone horribly wrong. I asked for spicy chicken and got mild; requested mashed potatoes, ended up with fries. It's like their secret menu is just whatever they feel like giving you. But hey, at least the chicken is so delicious, you'll forget what you originally wanted anyway. If you enjoy surprises with your meals, this is your place!
Fourth time in the row ordered here and they messed up my order every time. This time forgetting multiple things and when coming back to get what was missing gave me old dry not fresh food. Had to come back a third time for that and the manager couldn't give me a refund because it was an online order. Never will go there again!!
