Seriously some of the most bodacious and most excellent gas station mashed potatoes I've ever had with the smothering delicious brown gravy topped on the luscious mountains of gold! To go along with a half roasted chicken, man I love coming out of town for work to eat this meal, seriously one of the things I look forward to when traveling to Albuquerque for work! The staff is always so friendly and some cool products to look at, especially their winter gear called Wild Wear has some great selections of insulated gloves, beanies and thermals! Love you Flying J, you da best! Also, PJ's Pizza is really good, reminds me of Peter Piper Pizza on steroids, really tasty and delicious! They even have Super King Size candy bars at great prices and many variety at great values!

The fuel nozzles are broken and I went to get my coffee around 2 AM in the morning, and I noticed that they ran out of cream no big deal on my way out I mentioned it to the cashier older man, he copped an attitude and said that he was by himself he doesn't Have time to put out the milk, thumbs up for the flying J for hiring trashy people like that and then I get to my truck and I'm getting ready to leave and there was a young homeless kid knocking on my door asking for change I told him that I did not have any he went bananas and started yelling and then he took off, this store is definitely on my don't come back list never again.

I would like to make a complaint about an employee works at 9911 Avalon Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87105 . I went in that store on January 6 2024 Saturday at 00:32 , asked the big tall guy with stud pin on his chin to pump the gas on pump 23, I went out tried the pump which didn't work,, then I went inside and told him. He blamed me to give him the wrong pump, and someone is already pumping the gas. I asked him if that guy is using my money. He said he doesn't know and if does it's my fault. I told him no I asked for pump 23 not 20. He say he'll check,, I told him I clearly said 20 ,, you can check the camera(nicely),, then he suddenly getting rude and threatened me,, told me he'll get the security guard to kick me,, and made fun of me at front of other customers. There was a drunk girl talking weird to me and the security guard was laughing while leaning by the counter,, I felt so disrespected ,, never ever wanna use pilot flying j ever again

Out of stupidity, I left my wallet in the Dennys restaurant. I can not thank Abby enough for helping me expedite FEDEX my wallet to me in Texas. She has been extremely kind and paitient while talking through everything to my husband. Thank you thank you Abby for your true southern hospitality

They have a barbershop inside You can call or text for them to show up! This is the first truck stop with one I've seen so far. I didn't get a cut because no one was there and I was just passing through. I'll definitely try them out tho when I'm in need lol

Employee Sara and Cinnabon employee who is a Caucasian blonde female assaulted and threatened me with no precedence of antagonizing verbiage. I was abruptly met with a "register closed" sign after 2 people in front of me in line had completed their order. The Cinnabon employee proceeded to threaten me and asked if I "wanted to take it outside" after stating they needed to have better communication when I came to servicing their customers, the ones that help them keep a job. I was assaulted by Manager Sara when she proceeded to step on my foot TWICE ON PURPOSE and then she blatantly denied it simultaneously referring to me, a black female, as ashy and ghetto. COMPLETELY unacceptable. Unfortunately I took the high road and didn't retaliate physically but I did let corporate know.

Fist time coming to this truck stop it has a small dog park which was filthy with dog p*** everywhere all the trash cans full smells horrible , the bathrooms discusting theres crackheads getting high in plain sight they need to hire more staff to clean this place up or have the current staff do their job right. Eww will not visit this place again

There Main Manager Frank is the most two faced forgettable person ever. Literally had an interview with him and the night manager and he promised me morning shifts then they hired someone after me and put her above and literally only gave me 2 shifts and 2 weeks and they also owe me 8!!!! Hours. Bad store. Never go there to work those people aren't worth it.
Clean restrooms and clean showers, store is well kept and organized, the employees are very nice and helpful, truck parking gets full real early even on weekends but overall nice truck stop.

We just finished a car camping road trip across America and this location was, hands down, the best stop. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the area had security and several cameras monitoring the area. There was several others there as well so make sure to come early for a good spot. Of course the flying J had all the typical amenities for a truck stop including showers, nice bathrooms, gas, and food. All of which were very good. But here is the best part for people who need to relax a few hours- the view. It was AMAZING. At night you could see the lights of the whole area sparkling beautifully and in the morning there was hot air balloons all over the horizon. I can't wait to visit again.

The shower's were amazing! Clean and well taken care of. The fresh tea needs to be cleaned. Has a moldy taste. Denny's eggs were cold. I was super sad. Pancakes were warm. Also eggs not cooked how I requested.

Terrible service from the people working here!I was there las week at 5pm on a Friday and I tried to buy one and the girl told me that they close earlier on fridays so I asked her at what time they close the other days and she said that at 6!Today I went at 5pm and again they told me that they were closed I told her what the girl told me the other day and she said that they close at different times every day, she noticed that I was upset and she did sold me the Cinnabon!It’s a shame that such a good place has such a poor service
