Stopped by Cinnabon recently. The cinnamon roll was okay but seemed a bit undercooked in the center, which was disappointing. The staff were decent—polite and efficient—but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience; not bad, but not particularly memorable either

I love Cinnabon! I love the owner! I love the staff! I'm going to stick beside them!♥️
The music was extremely loud and there were so many racial slurs in this music. I am deeply offended and disappointed in the spot that used to be my favorite. The service is terrible and they completely ignored me when I asked them to turn the music down and proceeded to turn the music up just to infuriate me. This is not child appropriate and i WILL be calling.
Since Jimmy left, it hasn't been the same place. Jimmy, come back!!!

I love cinnabon! My last visit I was disappointed because my classic bun was raw. Reached out to their manager and she was sure to make it right. Very sweet, kind and understanding. Its hard to find management like this and I am definitely going to be a returning customer!
