The milk shakes was small enough for a 2 year old and they didn't and the chocolate chips or strawberry weren't added. $20 for two shakes very disappointed not returning

Store is advertised as open until 10. We showed up at 9:30 and the doors were locked. Multiple employees inside were closing up and ignoring us

They’re were two employees a man and a girl the girl was extremely rude when my child wanted to try flavors she was very upset seemed like it bothered her it was our first time here and I don’t think we’ll be back

Customers service is terrible. I ordered a sundae to go and wanted the waffle bowl on the side so that it wouldn't get soggy. The server didn't say anything to me until she cashed me out that they where out of waffle bowls. I wish I that would have been communicated to me ahead of time. When she gave me my order she didn't even give me a spoon. I will not be coming back to this location.

My shake was the consistency of milk.
This was some of the best icecream my friends and i ever had. cold stone ice cream is one of my favorite spots ever now. Angel served me and he was very generous and polite and he made me enjoy being his customer and i will come again. i definatly recommend this to anyone.

Such a terrible experience! The customer service is non-existent! $50 for 4 bowls of ice cream and you can't even be greeted with a hello?! Nuts! Don't waste your time with the one on Central, the one by Century 24 has much better service!

all i want in life is for them to get my order correct. I ordered three things. i got one. this is the 2nd time, so it's my bad for ordering from them again.

Was just here, ordered two Gotta Have It Waffles. The manager in charge from the beginning was rude, no customer service. I got charged for three GHI waffles. When I confronted him he got defensive and started throwing insults. He also broke a cabinet door, was just an awful experience. I just walked out and threw the waffles in the trash. I’m baffled, $28 dollars lost

I love this ice cream I got the apple caramel crumble it’s so good. My boy got the black Halloween cake, and my baby girl got the strawberry blonde
