Cold Stone Creamery

Arrived at this store around 4 pm on a Saturday and the door was locked. The store has their hours listed as 11 am to 10 pm most days with Saturday staying open until 11PM. The open sign above the door is off, no one appears to be inside the store. We tried knocking on the door and calling the store phone number; No one answered anything. We left the store thinking it was closed. As we drove off we saw someone else walk up and attempt the locked door. Oh well. I guess they are closed now.

Two days in advance I placed an order for my spouses birthday cake, today she went to pick it up on the day they were told it needed to be done. A shift lead with dark hair told me that the day shift had put the cake together, however they did not decorate it. I remained calm throughout this entire interaction. The shift lead told me I had to come back tomorrow to get the cake, but it is my spouses birthday today. They told me it was too busy, which is why is wasn’t done, but I had passed by the store an hour earlier and there were no costumers, and the employee was at the counter on his phone. It was very clear the cake had to be done by today. I asked for the managers name, and this shift lead refused to disclose this information, and did not tell me when the manager would be coming in. We did not receive our cake and my spouse is very disappointed, she was looking forward to it and now has no birthday cake.

I bought a build your own ice cream cake and y'all did a badass job on the cake. Thank you so much and to the guy from the morning shift on 11/06/25, he did and awesome job on the decoration, my family loved it. Thank you cold stone.

Such a disappointment. We ordered online, and the lone store clerk told our uber driver she simply wouldn’t make our order. Our uber driver told us he was asked to leave and just sat in the back room or office. We tried calling the store, and the driver confirmed he heard the phone ringing, and the clerk wouldn’t pick up the phone.

I’m forced to put 1 star but definitely not worth it. We placed an order for a custom birthday cake. The order was confirmed via email. When we showed up to pick up the cake the shop was closed. No sign nothing on the door. As I was speaking to another location I saw someone behind the counter. When I walked up the person disappeared. To top it off there was an adjustment to my card this morning for a $10 tip: I had to go buy another cake for the birthday boy. Although he had his heart set on the one we ordered. I will NEVER order again or recommend. This is bad business.

I went in with children i was not having a good day. But the young lady behind the counter changed that she had great customer service and so helpful. I landed up spending way more then I was going to but so werth it me and children experience there was awesome will definitely be back. I ask her name I think she said it was Trinidad. Thank you Hun ice cream hit the spot 😁 just like you suggested 🫶

Ordered online and when we arrived were told it was too busy for online orders and we'd have to get to the back of the line, wait 15 or 20 mins in line and left, went back the next day for a refund or to remake our order but was told they couldn't help us at all

Came here in Sunday and it was way short-staffed. Only one person working and lots of customers. The tables weren't clean. The ice cream tasted freeezer-burned. There was no bathroom and nowhere to wash your hands. Won't return to this location.

Elijah is the best coldstone worker in the southwest. He was extremely friendly and his knowledge of ice cream really foretold his culinary ability to create flavor combinations. My socks were blown off.

Staff allowed delivery drivers to accept new orders after checking in without getting in line behind customers who were already waiting. I waited 30 minutes behind just delivery orders

The milk shakes was small enough for a 2 year old and they didn't and the chocolate chips or strawberry weren't added. $20 for two shakes very disappointed not returning

Store is advertised as open until 10. We showed up at 9:30 and the doors were locked. Multiple employees inside were closing up and ignoring us

They’re were two employees a man and a girl the girl was extremely rude when my child wanted to try flavors she was very upset seemed like it bothered her it was our first time here and I don’t think we’ll be back

Customers service is terrible. I ordered a sundae to go and wanted the waffle bowl on the side so that it wouldn't get soggy. The server didn't say anything to me until she cashed me out that they where out of waffle bowls. I wish I that would have been communicated to me ahead of time. When she gave me my order she didn't even give me a spoon. I will not be coming back to this location.
