This was some of the best icecream my friends and i ever had. cold stone ice cream is one of my favorite spots ever now. Angel served me and he was very generous and polite and he made me enjoy being his customer and i will come again. i definatly recommend this to anyone.

Such a terrible experience! The customer service is non-existent! $50 for 4 bowls of ice cream and you can't even be greeted with a hello?! Nuts! Don't waste your time with the one on Central, the one by Century 24 has much better service!

Was just here, ordered two Gotta Have It Waffles. The manager in charge from the beginning was rude, no customer service. I got charged for three GHI waffles. When I confronted him he got defensive and started throwing insults. He also broke a cabinet door, was just an awful experience. I just walked out and threw the waffles in the trash. I’m baffled, $28 dollars lost

No parking!!! No handicap parking!!! We thought we'd go to the closer Coldstone only to find zero parking anywhere near. After driving around for a while, we finally found parking a couple of blocks away. Once we got inside, it was packed, and with only a few seats inside, everyone was standing around eating their ice cream. The line was long and the staff showed no interest in trying to sevice customers. There is plenty of seating outside but no umbrellas to at least offer shade. With the temperature over 100 shade would have been nice. After waiting 10 minutes with no movement in the line, we left and will never go back to this store.

It's solid and the fixings that you can add to your ice cream are fun. It's a lot better in the summer when you can sit outside.

Worst service from a short black haired girl. She didn't wanted to make chocolate and almond waffles and when I decided to get a cup she grabbed it, went to the back and said that she threw it away because it had fell in her countertop next to where she mixed them in. I got very frustrated with her and she was just laughing and saying she was sorry...
