Came on Valentine's Day and the line was almost out the door, there was one guy working but he did that line like nothing. We waited about 15 mins but for him being the only one, he did a damn good job so I give him the 5 ⭐'s!!

I just want to say what an amazing job the employee that worked on valentine's night did. He was the only one with a non stop line we wait the 30min that we did because he took his time and didn't get flustered. To the managers you should never have had only 1 employee working alone all night on a holiday night. Do better for not only your amazing employee but the people comeing in.

Won’t go back again. I placed an order with two days in advance and it seems like the person who did the cake was rushed.

We waited for quite a while for the girl to realize we were here, and acknowledge us. She was very helpful and friendly when serving us. She seemed to be the only one working and was busy in the back. Most of the tables were dirty, and there was a very funny dirty smell when we walked in. The cream was good.

Very expensive for mediocre ice cream. IDK if the dairy cows are special like wagu beef. I suggest you visit Dairy Queen if you're on a budget. Same quality.

3rd time came for ice cream after an hour drive i get mud pie mojo and ask for xtra peanut butter everytime and get charged and never make it correct ever since a new bigger lady started never correct charging 3dollars xtra and cant do right very bad..service an issue

We usually love eating at Coldstone but we went here after the movies the other day and the service was lacking; they seemed annoyed to have to make ice cream for our kids, so we sat outside so as not to bother the staff but the worst part was that it smelled like doo doo outside! And not dog doo doo either but the human kind! We tried to switch to tables on the other side of the patio but it smelled even worse over there. The ice cream is good but I would only get it to go and not to try have an enjoyable time eating it there due to disinterested, annoyed staff and the horrible smell! It's sad because they used to have really friendly customer service but now it's the opposite.
