Cold Stone Creamery

Went in yesterday to get the Halloween special and the employee there was completely useless. He barely looked and spoke to us, idk how many times he took off his hat and messed with his tangled greasy hair. If it wasn’t for the taco waffle being already wrapped, I would have walked out cuz there’s no way he’s serving ice cream and touching his gross hair. Who’s hiring these kids? I really won’t go back due to the service. He clearly hates his job.

Ice cream was good but I paid for a waffle cone with chocolate and instead I got it in a cup I feel that I should be reimbursed

Really annoying to offer an October promo and then not have it. “Check back in a few days” after I drove across town isn’t the best customer service. Also the smell in there is horrendous.

I had a horrible experience here the other day. There’s a certain employee that is a girl and she seems to hate her job and she makes it obvious to everyone. Horrible customer service.

My husband and I ordered a Mojo Mudpie and the ice cream was not mixed up well, they served it horribly and it melted over the cup making a huge mess and the employees had customer service. They were also real cheap on my kids ice cream scoop they ordered. I would not recommend this specific location. Also, extremely overpriced for the quality you get. We will never come here again. I would recommend Baskin Robbin’s instead.

So good!! The perfect treat on a hot night. It's not cheap and sure as hell not healthy but worth it once in awhile. The staff was great, friendly and fast.

3:00 today and she was on the ball, busy and alone she got us our ice cream and with a 😃 smile. We will be back for the yummyness

Editing my review after a 3rd unpleasant visit at this location. Arrived tonight approximately an hour prior to closing. The staff immediately told us they were only taking online orders and would not be taking our order. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I understand being short staffed, but that's no excuse to be rude or lazy. Don't think I'll return to this location unless I know it's improved. Everytime I've been there recently the staff has been rude.

Service went down!!!! I specifically asked for surrender to strawberry and she severed me strawberry blonde. I’m not a fan of caramel at all but I do remember repeating my order to her surrender to strawberry 3 x because she was all over the place taking my order and person behind my at the same time, seemed very unorganized to me. And on top of it all the ice cream was served super messy. I will not be returning to this location at all. Rio rancho location is much better! I Have a feeling she thought I would not speak up because of my race but I did and she had an attitude when I brought up that she gave me the wrong order! This place needs better costumer service and help!

Wow! Today I visited this cold stone creamery and what a treat. Jade was so friendly and professional. The service was magnificent except they seem shorthanded on during this shift. I’m grateful that she was so wonderful because it made the time in line go by quickly. I’ll definitely be back!! OK

We used to come here at least three a week after dinner, but now at least once a month because of a certain employee that has definitely NO customer service and very very rude. I would definitely NOT recommen this place for ice cream.

Bad customer service!

While the ice cream is good, the customer service here is terrible. I would not reccpmend this ice cream shop because of the staff. There is also a musty almost sewage like smell in the store. The whole store could also use a good cleaning. While not filthy, a lot of the walls and surfaces are grimy.

My niece and nephew came to town for a few days to visit. I recommended that they go to cold stone for some ice cream. The person that served them was very rude and had zero customer service. Not sure if it was because my nephew is middle eastern and my niece is Mexican. I don’t like to assume that although the way they were treated them was unacceptable. I myself or my family will not be back nor will we ever recommend this place again.

I had got a DoorDash for cold stone, when I showed up there was a line, which no big deal, I was in line for 40 mins but when it was my turn there was a couple behind me and when the lady working saw I just had a DoorDash, she then proceeded to tell me that she’s going to take the people behind me first since all I had was a DoorDash, I then waited for another 15 mins for them to make the DoorDash, and when she handed me the order she didn’t say anything to me and proceeded to give me dirty looks like I was the problem.
