Waited for an online order way passed the pick up time (30mins passed). Ordered with the waffle but never came with it. Workers both ignored us until everyone left the build.

Jerry was absolutely amazing, super sweet and overall good experience

We have a store at Cottonwood Mall and ran over for some ice cream during a busy day, and it was amazing. Never really leave reviews but Jerry was so nice and friendly, and made us a Caramel Banana Crunch that was sooo good. Amazing quality, amazing customer service. Wish we could find an employee as nice and helpful in this town!!! Thanks Jerry, and we will definitely be back to this location again.

Purchased an ice cream birthday cake from the Ellison NW location. The cake was very delicious and looked great! Will definitely purchase another cake from this location.

This is our second Cold Stone Creamery that we have been too and we are hooked. We enjoy the service and the ice cream is delicious. We would strongly recommend this place.

I went to order shakes and they only had small so that’s what got. Didn’t expect it to be in a tiny styrofoam cup with a coffee lid. Tried to give it me without a lid and VERY full. I said no I need a lid and a straw, they split it and it was a sticky mess with thin straw.

Management: if you don’t have the proper cups, lids and straws to put the product, I suggest that you take it off the menu until you do. If I would have known that I would have asked for a discount or went to a different coldstones.

I’m very disappointed and wish I didn’t spend my money here.

Paid 8 dollars for a melted ice cream in a love it size.

This location is wonderful! The customer service is amazing and they always have sprinkle cones made.

Staff is friendly and I love the selections of flavors

Cookie dough ice cream was nearly out and what they offered me was melted. The smoothies were melted. Wouldn’t go back.

We went to eat ice cream on a Sunday and the lady working the counter was working by herself and it was busy but she was still very nice and had a great attitude. This location is lucky to have such a hard worker.

I got a birthday cake from the Cottonwood Mall location, and unfortunately, the decoration was done very poorly, I was quite a disappointment. Thankfully, I brought the cake to the Rio Rancho location, and they went above and beyond by redoing the entire cake and turning it into something truly beautiful. I really appreciate their excellent customer service. After this experience, I won’t be returning to the Cottonwood location.

The workers here are the best! They’re very respectful and always aim to please. We always go home with a smile.
