Gummy bears were stale and very old

The person with the pink hair wasnt very nice. They treated me rudely for no reason? uh, there was no need for all that and that’s even coming from someone with pink hair. i just wanted some fire ice cream, which i got, but no need to be rude. be a little bit nicer.

Employees were rude didn't want to serve us 30 minutes before close and didn't even acknowledge us just looked at us rude. A big family came in after us and the employee opened his mouth to say they were closed 30 minutes before actual closing. Made my day and there ice cream sour will be telling people not to go here for ice cream unless you want to be treated bad.

Only 2 people in store, so service was slow but understandable. Ice cream was melting before it was given to us which is the first time this has happened. Asked for 1 cup and 1 waffle cone, both were served in a cup so I had to ask for a waffle cone while at the register. Ice cream wasn’t put in the cone, instead I was given a bowl cone separate to do myself. Both cups of ice creams were pretty much liquid before we left the store. Got an ice cream cake for my birthday as well and it was also melting while in the cooler where the cakes are stored. Both employees also made comments on how the cake melting but nothing was done about it. Overall, had a poor experience which is the first I’ve had at this location.

Manager was extremely rude! Wouldnt hand me napkins when the dispenser was empty. Told me to force my way back through the line past people to the only other dispenser. Will never come back to this location.

The guy who was serving just now was extremely rude. I tried ordering banana caramel crunch and he said there was no bananas. So then I tried ordering sweet cream with butterfingers. He said we dont have butterfingers. I said oh so your out of that also? He said what are you talking about.. in the history of cold stone we never had butterfingers. I said what are you talking about, my wife and I just had it in san diego couple months ago and also had it in Maryland not too long ago. He said well New Mexico Cold Stone never carried butterfingers Ever. So because of his attitude towards customers, my family and my friends will never come back to this location ever again.I come here once a week and I came here 2 days ago too. But never again. Customer service is horrible. Or maybe he is just racist.

Ice cream seemed too soft, like it wasn't held at the right temperature. Bathroom was filthy, even though the sign on the door said it was deep cleaned 30 minutes prior. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks, I'm sure the sign had not been updated in just a long... no date was written on the sheet. The whole place looked like it had not been cleaned or maintained in a while. Tables were sticky, serving areas had crumbs and melted ice cream all over, floors felt sticky, etc. Because of this, I won't be back. If the public facing areas were this unclean, I can only imagine what the areas that we don't see look like.
