Conchita's Cafe

Conchita’s Café was great – they hosted our rehearsal dinner after we unexpectedly had to change to another catering company for our wedding day. Kristina had worked with us for weeks to create a personalized menu combining New Mexican and Asian flavors that we loved, and she offered us a personal tasting on her café patio that felt like a high-end date night. When we ended up switching venues due to some unforeseen circumstances, we had to go with an in-house caterer for our wedding but were devastated at the thought that we wouldn’t get to work with Kristina, so we asked if we could keep the same menu for our rehearsal dinner. She absolutely delivered!!! She did not have to accommodate us and could have said no, but the fact that she was willing to work with us was amazing and we were extremely grateful. We really wanted to support her business as a mom and local, and my in-laws who hosted/paid had nothing but great things to say about her food and her professionalism, handling our 27 person dinner with minimal staff and the utmost care. I couldn’t recommend her more, though there were times when communications could have been better between us, she always responded to my texts, and I think she ultimately was the right choice; We were grateful for her flexibility and willingness to work with us despite the change and the food was great!

We hired Kristina / Conchita's Cafe to cater our wedding and she did a fantastic job. The food was great (he selected tacos) and she was a pleasure to work with from the first day we contacted her. If you need food for your event, I would highly recommend contacting her for a tasting.

I was lucky enough to find Conchita’s cafe while searching for local caterers in the area for a work event, Little did I know I had hit the jackpot. We ended up using their service several times a week for weeks!The food is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, the customer service is top-notch, a range that would make Larry Bird or Mariah bow their head in reverence, but most importantly the quality of person with which you’ll be dealing. Always with a smile on her face and making light work of any issues that may come up. Kristina’s sunny outlook shines through in her food.Do yourself a favor and let her help you make the people in your office happy!

Service and food was amazing.

Conchitas catered my brother in laws memorial, the friendliest and most professional staff. The food and service was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you guys so much

I'm so excited to see my favorite Downtown restaurant since Covid! Just in time for summer - I need my berry salad people! Oh and their strawberry churro waffle for my cheat days? Thanks for continuing to provide fresh & healthy food to the community and for all you donate & do for the community. We are watching...?

Really love the environment both the decor and employees. The meat and sauce was good. Super hot chile! Make sure you get sour cream to balance the heat. I had the meatball sub. The hoggie roll was disappointing. The need to work with a panadería to get appropriate sized and fresher hoggie rolls. I ate mine with a fork :( Other than that, it was great.

Our office eats Conchitas several times a week. The service and food is exceptional! You get good size portions of food for your money. Also, today, my burger was undercooked (raw) and I called and talked to them and they offered to come pick up my burger, cook it further, and deliver it back to me. What they did, instead, was so much more: They gave me a brand new burger with all the fixings, french fries and a treat! This was not the agreement but a very nice surprise. They were super apologetic! Conchita's always delivers on quality service and food. Thank you so much for all you do for your customers!
