Wow! I can't say enough about the fantastic customer service and quality of the cookies I received today. My husband went to his work place to clean out his office as he's retiring and had a rather large amount of things built up after 20 years working there. Quite a few of his co-workers not only helped him pack, but take everything out and load it into our vehicle. My husband told me this was happening when I called him to see how it was going. I hadn't expected he'd have all this help, although I was thrilled to hear it, and we wanted a way to say thank you, so I hopped on Yelp to search for cookies near the base. I called Cookies By Design at 10:15 a.m. and spoke with a wonderful staff member who said of course they could get an order ready for me to pick up between 1 and 2 today. I was thrilled! When we showed up to get the cookies, I was stunned at how great they looked. The website is misleading because they didn't show how very large the cookies are and how fantastic they look. The arrangement was HUGE and looked wonderful. I've attached a pretty poor picture I took just before my husband got out of the car to take the cookies in to his co-workers. I can't recommend Cookies By Design highly enough and will be using them again and again.
