Off of Gibson near the airport, reminds me of Cracker Barrel; home country cooking. Came for brunch before the No Kings protest, atmosphere was welcome, cozy, and inviting, like a warm hug. We walked in, and noticed a sign saying “please wait to be seated”, even though there were several tables available—we waited 15 minutes at the bench for a place to sit. We sat at a table in the middle of the restaurant as we got served. I noticed our server used the words “my friends” a lot when serving us, felt kind of odd, but very friendly. I decided to have the short stack (pancakes). They were huge, and very hearty and delicious. Great breakfast, and overall hit the spot before heading downtown to dethrone our king :)

Food is amazing, service is great. Atmosphere is lacking as it's grubby.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in a very, very long time. I decided to go back yesterday after a
dental appointment. I had ordered the Nacho Supreme Plate and it was really good. My sever, Marco was great! I didn't try any other food options, but I do recommend this restaurant to grab a bite or a meal. I did expect a little bit of a wait when I arrived because there were a few other customers in front of me waiting being to be seated. Atmosphere was great, nachos were great and service was great! I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

We went to Copper Canyon Cafe this morning
We received a $50 gift card for Christmas from our daughter for here and came in April and the waiter told us that they had new owners and the new system was not accepting these and to try in a month or so. Came back in May and was told the same thing. Came back today and told it was expired. Manager came and said they accepted them until June! Bull rap. He blamed it on old owner and would not take responsibility for buying business with this in the books he bought. I have a bachelor's in Business Administration and he is wrong. We will never be back. NEVER

Came in for breakfast today. The place was busy, but we got seated in a timely manner, the food, and service was good. The best part of the meal was the Cinnamon roll though. We would go back just for that.
Super yummy breakfast burritos and lots of coffee refills. Friendly and timely servers. Highly recommended!

Service this time was OK but could have been better. The Tarter sauce that's served with the Fish on Friday is Horrible. My server was also a bit Rude!
