I love Costco. They have an interesting selection, superb service, and a great house brand. For things like electronics or appliances, they can't be beaten. If they have what you want, you're in real luck. If they don't, you might want to reconsider whether you want something popular and well priced or whether you really want what you're looking for. I find that for many things, what Costco offers is really an excellent choice for me. (But not always.)

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I am a member and have been for 10+ years. Today was the first time I had my bearded dragon (lizard) on my shoulder. I walked straight through the front did some shopping on the non food side. The wife and kids went to the frozen food section so I told her I’d just go stand by the clothes while she went through the food because I had my beardie with me. Out of no where an extremely aggressive man named FRANK walked up within one f

I love that they abide to all the rules and regulations and update their employees and members on the latest covid-19 rules and regulations. Great company. I love it.

Very disappointed with their policy now of not letting a pregnant woman go in with their caregiver because he did not have a membership card on him. Shame on you .

Made an appointment through Alexander to see an optometrist and he didn't properly enter it. They gave my appointment away and I fly out for work on Monday to another state. If he makes your appointment, be sure to double check with someone else before it disappears.

I dig this big box store warehouse and I have for several years. The Renaissance location was once my regular stop, but now this location is. I definitely like this location better. I was thankful when I had picked up bulk size toilet paper and paper towels right before the Covid pandemic struck and the mysterious toilet paper shortage took place. I have been a Costco member and enjoyed the benefits of the gas pumps, the tire center, and the warehouse for a good twenty years now. My parents were members of Price Club back in my younger days. The tire center is where I go to get my new tires and they rotate and check them over for free. It's always easiest to call for an appointment that way you are in and out quickly. Sometimes they have long waits on the weekends without an appointment. The gas lines, well, you have to plan to wait a bit to get the better price, but as long as you factor that into your time, then it shouldn't be a problem. The store is always well stocked full of all sorts of bulk goods - electronics, jewelry, food, pharmacy, office supplies, kitchenware, auto parts, clothing, hygiene products. It's always clean and well maintained. I love their produce. I got the business membership card and I earn a % of money back for each time I spend. This money comes back to me annually and it usually more than pays for the annual membership fee for me.

I would give them more stars if their choice of leadership was as good as their selection of meats but I had a terrible experience with their manager named "Mike". I can't wear a mask because of health reasons and this man forcibly grabbed my basket as I was shopping and told me to "put a mask on or leave" I told him I don't wear them and he became angry and grabbed my basket away from me and escorted me out of the building. I've never been more humiliated. I hope they replace him with a kinder person. I will not return to this location ever again.

Costco was a safe place to shop by requiring masks. However yesterday at the store on Eubank ave in Albuquerque at 4-5pm approx 1/4 of customers were not wearing masks or had them under their chins. There were male staff at the checkout with the masks under their nose, wiping their nose, then handling customers purchases. A staff member said they are not allowed to ask members to put on masks if they take them off once in the store. Masks are required in New Mexico when out in public. What other illegal activity would the store allow and not say anything to members?

I want to give a shoutout to Costco. They've been doing a great job during the pandemic. The staff is always helpful and despite some shortages I feel they've been doing their best to provide us with groceries. Thank you to the employees working to keep the food chain going.

I normally wouldn't take the time to write a review on a corporate company--especially one that's open and doing their best to stay open during these tough times. However, I encountered something pretty unprofessional and uncomfortable when shopping today; it made my grandma and I feel really weird... and hopefully it doesn't happen again. A male manager or person of seniority was scolding one of the cashiers as (what it looked like) she was counting money. Everyone around us got really quiet because everyone heard the conversation. I may not work for a big company but I'm pretty sure making the customers feel uncomfortable IS NOT up to standard. My grandma (with HR background) says that corporations have policies to make sure employees are supposed to be spoken to in private. Either way...I hope it doesn't happen again.

Typically I love this Costco but yesterday I was left waiting in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes. There was one man ahead of me inquiring about heart worm medicine that he didn't even have a prescription for.The pharmacist left me standing in line without even eye contact.20 minutes later the guy gets the name of the med and leaves.3 other pharmacists saw me standing there and did nothing. I really don't think leaving someone standing for 20 minutes in a supermarket full of people in a pandemic is a good idea.Who knows I may have contracted the virus or spread it to many other people just by standing there for 20 minutes for no reason. You would think that the pharmacy would be a little bit more on the ball about this Everywhere else in the store they seem to have an understanding of the gravity of the situation. So I find it ironic that the pharmacy is so clueless.

Great store. I can't seem to get out of here for under $200. Their Kirkland product line is awesome. They have a nice selection of clothes, tools, housewares, and many many food options. I love their free samples. I always get a hot dog and soda for $1.50 if I can. I also appreciate that, unlike Walmart, they actually have all their cashier lanes open. There is still usually a wait, but it isn't nearly as frustrating as going to Walmart. They keep things moving.

I always enjoy coming here. The staff are usually very nice and who doesn't love their return policy? The only annoyance is that guy at the entrance constantly says "alright alright" this store doesn't have as much as the one on Renaissance so sometimes I go to the one there to see what else they have.

So far I haven't had a bad experience here yet. Usually find what I'm looking for and when I have needed help I have gotten it, even when it's been a big items and extra help was needed. Help has been friendly and prompt. Have not had any issue with customer service when we have had a problem or been renewing our membership.
