The cashier never acknowledged my presence, he only spoke to his little helper. He mumbled my total and handed me my receipt and I said Thank you and he turned away. I was waiting in line to exit, there were 2 people in front being checked out. When it was my turn, the employee had to walk around the whole basket before giving us our receipt back. She didn’t do that with the other 2 customers ahead of us. I pay to shop at Costco and I expect some type of customer service. Your employees need to be retrained.

I just had the most fabulous experience. Your cashier Tina when I was walking in was escorting a lady out of the store because she wasn’t wearing a mask. I think that is the most commendable being an employee can do during this pandemic we are going through. While I know it’s hard to be confrontational with customers sometimes it’s very much needed in order to protect your other customers and your workers as well. She shows great leader ship skills by doing this and I think not only does she deserve a raise for doing something a manager should’ve been doing but also should be looked at for promotion

Since you installed the self checkout aisles it appears you have less checkers available. I was there this morning during the Senior hour and the lines were VERY long. Senior citizens should not have to stand in lines that long. Are you trying to become Walmart???

I'm sorry. I do love Costco, but the Cashier named Annie has been rude the last few times I've been in her line. if not to me, to other customers. this weekend, I bent over to pick something off the floor for a customer and she yelled at be to get back in line and stay six feet away on the assigned dot. there was no dot down. I stepped on the closest one, and she yelled to me that I was on the wrong one and I needed to get in line or she wouldn't do my order. I will be shopping at a different location from now on.

The Bakery at Costco has a huge selection of goodies. The cakes, cookies, etc. are all so good. You can't go wrong with any of their selections.
Find eggs in the dairy section, even though eggs are not dairy.
