our experience at your restaurant on Sunday. There were eight of us in our group. My husband and son arrived before the rest of us and waited over 45 minutes before receiving any service. I eventually had to go find a manager who appeared to be a very young teen to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, even after involving management, nothing improved. The restaurant was not busy, yet service was extremely poor, and we observed staff behaving unprofessionally instead of attending to guests. When the food finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable. The turkey was extremely dry, the brisket was mushy, and the BBQ sauce tasted like plain tomato paste. To make matters worse, our total bill was over $250 for eight people, which already felt excessive for the experience. Adding to the frustration was the forced gratuity, which seemed to remove any incentive for attentive service, as staff appeared comfortable “phoning it in” knowing a tip was guaranteed. We rarely complain, but this experience fell far below reasonable expectations for both service and food quality. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed.

Love the all you can eat option. I always enjoy the brisket, sausage and pulled pork. Potato salad is my favorite. Service is always great but since Felicity had been taking care of us, it has been exceptional.

went for birthday dinner. payed 100$ for 2 of the 6 meats. absolutely horrible. nothing but fat. they brought our meat that we didn't ask for. the sides were even worse. the waitress just said it's all you can eat. so don't complain. won't be going back . all we wanted was beef ribs. they were awful . very disappointed tons of places to go eat way better for 100$.

We made reservations for 8 people on the website because it Only allowed me to reserve a table for 8 (even though we needed 10) so I added in additional comments on the reservation page that we'll need two extra chairs to accommodate the Total amount of people. Reservation is at 4:30, we arrived at 4:15 and get to our table only to find out they had it for 6. So we asked if they can put extra chairs. They did so and we were set. Our server Connor came and we all got our orders in at about 4:50. My brother and I both ordered the all you can eat with different meats and sides. Other tables around us are getting seated and after us and got their food before us. Most of our table got their food around 5:15, approx 30 minutes after ordering. We're still waiting for our all you can eat...
About 5:30 45 min later, they bring our food And say we have to share one plate of meat for two people, got the sides wrong, and didn't bring out my Mac and cheese. So we told them we ordered separate all you can eat orders. We had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring another plate instead of splitting the first one. They said there's a table of 125 guests and the all you can eat is gonna be slow. You should serve the people that were there first. I finally asked for a manager at 5:45.. he was ignoring our request to speak to him for almost an hour until 6:30 he finally came and we told him the issue. They gave us 50% off the two all you can eat but ruined the whole experience and dinner. Connor was great he did everything he could. As for the kitchen and the manager, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves and running a Saturday night rush like that is embarrassing. Horrible service from the kitchen to the management.

We got a carryout order and the food was subpar at best. The positives were the chicken, sausage and bread. The pulled pork was very dry, the brisket was stringy, the coleslaw, potato salad and BBQ sauce were inedible.
I cannot recommend The County Line.

The waitress that we had was HORRIBLE. She didn't communicate with us at all she didn't refill our drinks, nor did she tell us what was unavailable. I ordered a 2 combo meat meal with 2 sides Salad & Green beans. My plate came i didn't get what I ordered because they were OUT of food and Bread. So they brought me pulled pork and sausage. Well I ordered Green Chili Pork Lone and Brisket. I got sliced brisket and 2 piece of sausage. The boy said that they were outta of everything. I will never go back and I will tell people not to go to the County Line Restaurant at all. TERRIBLE BUSINESS 😤😤😤

Great bbq food and amazing service! We ordered a take out and forgot it at the place and they remade it for us! So nice and the portions were so big. The pulled pork and garlic mashed potatoes was a fave

I don’t even know where to begin. We ordered a few things but the Hamburger looked like something you would get from a drunk uncle at a cookout. Overcooked, shriveled up, and smaller than the bun. Almost comical if it wasn’t a restaurant. Then got the margarita of the month, which was passionfruit., oh geez…. Not just gross but some chemical aftertaste.

The BBQ had the consistency of water…Tasted ok but weird.

Rough experience and not going back

This place is great. Friendly staff and customers having a great time. I was lucky to come on a night with live music playing old country tunes. I highly recommend the turkey, it is so great and I love it with their homemade BBQ sauce. When you walk in you are greeted with photos of celebrities who make sure to swing by during their visit. If you are looking for a nice family dinner with good food and great vibes... check this place out!

Food is amazing, staff is very attentive.
I need to find a particular bartender who was kind enough to me texting a person I desperately needed to get in touch. I owe her so much for her help
