Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

One of the worst dinner experiences ever…appetizers forgotten and brought out after the main meals were served. Out of my husband’s order chicken n dumplings, out of my side of dumplings (I had to ask about the side I ordered). I ordered meatloaf and it was a good portion, however it was burnt bad like it had been sitting there cooking since noon! I had to smother it in ketchup and that didn’t make it taste any better! My daughter ordered mashed potatoes with her burger and got fries. So sad how bad this location has gone down hill!

Our family goes eats here for a couple of reasons--one being the loaded sweet potatoes. They no longer have them! Weird business choice after decades of offering the item. We will not be going there as often as a result...too bad (for them and us).

What happened Cracker Barrel? It has been a while I last visited. Was always a go to. My dinner breakfast meal was the worst I've had in a while. But I was tired and hungry. A shame because I really want to like CB, this was such a let down.

Usually, service is top quality. We must have visited at a bad hour. Because the waitress was unattentive to our needs and even seemed bothered with every request we made. Including a request for place settings and refills.

Food was great, service unbelievable. Noise so bad we couldn't hear each other and had to lean across the table and almost yell.

Waitress mixed up drink order and even though food was correct we were mischarged on the receipt. When trying to explain what happened she didn't get it and went to get a manager. It was corrected. Food was also lukewarm like it had been sitting in the window to come out before someone other than waitress brought to table.

Our food was cold. My husband’s chicken tenders were hard, and my breakfast sausage was burnt. We waited for an hour to get our food, We got our appetizer at the same time we got our food.
We told our server about everything, kept sending our food back, but not once a manager came to us.

Was the absolute worst experience I ever had at a restaurant? We'll never go back there again.The service was absolutely terrible

Service was slow. Table floor area was littered from the previous guests. Food was ok. Manager was helpful with correcting the wrong items on the bill. Will not return anytime soon

Don't order take out during lunch time unless you have all day to wait. Only one person working to go and checkout counter. When your turn finally arrives to be waited on next you don't get your food right away. Instead, they just take your name and brush you aside and call the next person. Then you wait a while until they finally bring out your food and then they want to verify if you paid for your food. When you reply you have paid online they still delay you by making you wait until the delivery person can verify you actually paid with the checkout person who just showed up and had no clue. And a a customer waiting behind me said to me, " she makes you sound like you're trying to steal food when you've been waiting forever while they help other people." Will be a long time before I give them a try again.

Required over 40 minutes to have or meals served. When they arrived, my wifes was hot, but my pancakes were not. No one ever came by to check on the food, so I was stuck eating cold pancakes. Yum! not a great experience.

I order curbside pickup, and the customer service is always so terrible. My food normally comes out 15-24 minutes after the time it's promised, and then it's lukewarm and not very tasty.

I havent been here in years and decided to give it a try. What a mistake. The wait for our food was long when it finally came it was cold. My son's chicken tender were so overcooked he choked on them. Terrible and I will never return. Waste of money 🐱

DO NOT GO WITH A GROUP MORE THAN 4. They tell you a time and then it's twice that amount. We finally gave up...and they were not apologizing what so ever!!!
