Usually, service is top quality. We must have visited at a bad hour. Because the waitress was unattentive to our needs and even seemed bothered with every request we made. Including a request for place settings and refills.

Waitress mixed up drink order and even though food was correct we were mischarged on the receipt. When trying to explain what happened she didn't get it and went to get a manager. It was corrected. Food was also lukewarm like it had been sitting in the window to come out before someone other than waitress brought to table.

The service was great but the food was cold and incomplete when brought to the table. We waited about 30 for our meal and when it finally came, our waitress apologized for not having our complete order because another waitress took it for their orders. Three other tables around us waited about 30 minutes themselves for their food.
